La siguiente misiva es para decirles que llevo dias tratando de comunicarme con la oficina de correo de Isabela, PR 00662 Infructuosamente he llamado al numero (787) 872-8777 y nadie coge la llamada, Tambien marque al 1 800 275-8787 y es un problema comunicarse con un asistente de servicio al cliente porque aunque todo es automatizado, ninguna de las opciones tiene que ver con lo que estoy solicitando. Yo deseo saber cual es la causa real por la que han seguido aumentando el precio de los apartados porque escribi una carta a la oficina general y me vienen con una respuesta poco creible de que es por los gastos de mantenimiento de la oficina. Estoy pagando $100.00 por el uso de mi apartado y cada 6 meses suben y no un dolar sino de 6 dolares para arriba. eso es un abuso! Mi pregunta es si hay alguien en USPO que con honestidad me aclare el por que suben tanto cada 6 meses los precios de los apartados postales. Quiero una respuesta logica y creible please. Quisiera reportar que el cartero suplente o el cartero adicional que va en la ruta de quintas del Atlántico, calle Reef y calle Wind está violando el límite de velocidad de la urbanización hay niños y también hay muchos gatos y perros en el vecindario. A este persona se le debe decir que no quieres rápido. Este cartero tiene barba negra, pelo negro y no es el cartero es regular es uno que viene para unos deliveries adicionales,

I so frustrated with usos Isabela with the delivery personal the performance such,the package supposed to be delivered on 7/23/22 and i just stay at home never come by my house then send me a notice is going to be delivery on 7/25/22 and i spend all day at home never come WHAT GOING ON POSTMASTER YOUR CREW ONCE AGAIN SUCKS…!!!!

hoy jueves 16 de septiembre de 2021 fui al correo de Isabela a las 6:30 am hora la cual dicen que abren el lobby del Correo, no fue hasta las 7:15 am que vienieron a abrirlo, durante ese tiempo vinieron más de 12 personas las cuales se fueron porque se les hacia tarde. Yo llegue tarde a mi trabajo hoy a causa de esto. No se supone si es una institución federal que cumplan su horario al pie de la letra. Por favor tomen nota y no nos hagan perder el tiempo. Ha tengo video por si lo dudan.

The rudeness and the attitude towards the public it's totally wrong and a inspector should be assigned to this and all post office that has these complaints.Today May 11 2020 I was disrespected by a female clerk at Isabela post office and this is very bad it could turn to wrong unwanted actions by any party involved So someone please take action before tragedy strikes.

Well a family member send a package and paid to be delivered on monday never got it... I also have a video from my security Camaras that the mail man did not stopped in my house... when my family member called they said it was delivered of course they lied and when she called again they said it was in there way and now they won’t pick up the phone.... don’t know what kind of idiots they have working in Isabela post office like really!!! This is a clear violation of Postal code 665 .16 Behavior and Personal Habits, Isabela Postmaster Juan C. Quintana has people that treats clients with rudeness etc. In the DOD this king of employees don't have future. Recommendations is to do a formal complaint with witnesses and or statements to Region Postmaster of Puerto Rico. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.V/RCPT AG Angel Hernandez

I am sick and tired of the rudeness of some employees in the Isabela, PR 00662, post office. One of them, a female, is called Nery. The other one seems to be new and I can't write his name because his name tag is never visible. He is young, has black hair, and a trimmed bear. Today, once again, as I was waiting in line, I had to witness how he fired back in a very rude and agreesive way to a polite gentleman who only asked him a question. How is this allowed? This is very sad. I always get very nervous when any of these two are at the counter. The other employees are polite, but I am seriously considering changing to another post office.
