Postal Locations

The lady who works here is a lunatic! Stay away from this one. Go to the one up the road in Dallas. I go in for stamps about once every month and every time I go in, she is either fighting with a customer, yelling about how busy she is, crying, or no where to be found and you have to say excuse me. Today i had to literally ask her to check me out as she was on her cell phone crying and fighting with someone, and then screamed at me and told me i am not allowed back in.

The Postal Service in general is a horrible business! They have zero customer service and should frankly do away with their 800 number or any local published numbers because no one ever answers LOL. I’ve been trying to reach Shavertown post office for over a week and it rings busy every single time I call.

I have been trying to reach the Shavertown Post Office by phone for over a week and it rings without answer. I tried another number and I leave messages but never receive a return call. My mail carrier doesn't deliver or pick up my mail on any kind of regular basis. Two weeks ago, I put important legal forms out to be picked up and they sat there for a week. I am elderly and can't get out to hand deliver to the post office. Please address this matter with my carrier for James St. Thank you so much. Susan B. Murdoch
