I live on Welles St Forty Fort and they keep messing up and delivering mail for Welles St in Kingston

I live in FORY FORT and I haven’t had mail for 4 days??? I’m not the only one everyone seems to be having the same issues ! What gives?waiting on packages !

Tries to call several times about a package that had a status of being delivered but it never arrived. I had to drive there quickly after work and still I didn't get any answers!

I needed to speak to someone at the Kingston PO about a delivery. I live 1,000 miles away. I tried phoning several times, The phone rang over 50 times and no one answered.

So just today... I got up early, drove to the post office for 6:15am. Waited for the front doors to unlock automatically 6:30am. But the post office doors were locked till after 7:00 am when I left. Rang the door bell on the side wooden door next to the lobby several times. No answer. I could see into the back through the door, lights on, but no one there. Sign on the door says 6:30am lobby. So frustrating after being directed to the Wilkes-Barrie office for a important delivery from a government branch, by the 800 phone number customer support yesterday, and being told it was in the Kingston location and that they are open at 6:30am. Not to mention you have to walk around the building and parking lot to try to find the post office entry, they don't have any signs on the outside of the building except old letters that have faded away and look like part of the building you can't remove. But hey, I can sure get a free Checking account at the bank!!! A posed all over the walls, doors and windows. Does anyone know when the post office really opens up for pickup of a certified letter? - Frustrated citizen trying to get his mail before going to work. Tried to call someone, phone just rang 15-20 time. I'm sure the employees are awesome as is my mail man, but in setting customer expectations and proper customer instructions/facility directions and accommodating walk n customers they failed me horribly in my opinion.

called the Kingston po rang for 30+ times no answer it was 0908 I am missing packages that were said to be delivered by the company

Just came home to a box delivered to my home by the Kingston po 12/17/14 and it looked to be ripped I'm trying to call the Kingston post office to see if they can contact the mailman to see if that's how he received the package so then I can call the police...BUT they don't answer the phone on a Wednesday afternoon at 2pm...WOW..

I'm so disappointed @ the Kingston P.A. post office for leaving my kids Jorden sneakers package on my porch , I got no knock or doorbell ring. The Mail lady just throws it and leaves. I'm so upset.
