I have sent checks over a month ago to utilities and still have not cleared. What is going on with the mail. This is not the first time this has happened and it is a huge inconvenience. What happened to my mail and why is it not reaching the destination. Very frustrated and affects my credit indicating late payments when mailed on time.

It happened again, 3 or 4 times past year. Very frustrating. Where does my mail end up. Sent real estate tax bill 6 weeks ago and they still have not gotten it. Something needs to be done here. What happens to my bills and where are they?? Causing me a lot of stress and anxiety.

I happened to read these reviews b/c I needed a package redelivered. Instead of using the form, I saw the telephone number and I called. I got the same great service I've always gotten at the Southwark Post Office. The manager is always helpful and of course, she said she would have the package redelivered without filling out the form. Everyone I've ever dealt with at the counter has been gracious and friendly. They've always had a smile. It's a shame the other writers had such a bad experience. However, from this reviewer's perspective, the customer service at Southwark is first-class.

These people in this post office are nothing but lames, I often have several packages a week delivered to my house, all have tracking numbers, this post office never delivers packages on time, falsify tracking info, wont even bother to knock on a persons door when they have a delivery, and often just throw a slip in the mailbox without trying to knock or properly deliver a package with tracking numbers on it. The postmaster general seriously needs to do a investigation of this post office,,i intend to file a complaint with the postmasters office in Washington about this post offices operating procedures

Every time I've had to go here, the people have been extremely rude. Today, a woman was so mean to me and embarrassed me in front of the whole post office to the point that she made me cry. I will go out of my way to go to any other post office in the city to avoid the rudeness of the employees there. So unfortunate, especially during the holidays.
