Stopped by at 2:30 pm Tuesday Nov 15, and building was closed, locked and empty. Why? Nothing posted, nothing explained. No access to PO Boxes. What is going on?

Personnel here just make up their own hours. Often do NOT open at scheduled time in morning. And today, closed for approximately 2 hours--no sign indicating why, or when it would re-open, or nearby alternate USPS locations. Lobby attendant in Land Title Building lobby said they were "out to lunch" and could only guess as to when they would be back. This is incredibly bad.
