Sent a tracked/signed letter from the UK over a month ago. It was scanned as delivered but it really wasn't. Now I found out it's waiting for redelivery and you haven't sent it out even though it's been requested. Do you have an email address?
I ordered 5 items, I was emailed that they were delivered, on 2/7/21, 1/28-1/29/2021..I have not received any of the items and you cannot talk to a customer service rep. Where are my packages...(5 of them)

Terrible service. Usually only have one worker at the window. Expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour on a Saturday morning. Line usually out the door. Regularly loses packages and claims to have delivered them. Happened to me once after 3 visits, and eventually got the package two months later. Absolutely the worst post office. Don't think it would fly in other parts of the city, but it sure does here.
