My granddaughter is a student at Temple. First time away from home so I sent a special Valentine/birthday package priority mail 2day on 4th Feb. 13days later tracking info says it will be out for delivery yesterday, today info says "can be picked up" . The kid is a young girl, not familiar with the streets. So sad to put us through this. Spring Garden PO does not even answer phone., If I HAVE to get something there I guess IT'S UPS. Guess I'm out $200. I am so stupid.

This is exactly what happened to us! Granddaughter at Temple, package sent priority mail, took 8 days to get to her, baked goods went bad! That was two years ago when she was a freshman and I have used UPS ever since with no issues whatsoever! However, recently I decided to mail her renewed license through the USPS and it happened again!!! 10 days later it is still stuck in the Spring Garden post office! Unbelievable!!!!!

I say can’t read because they post hours online but are not open - they have a phone number but it’s not connected - I cannot believe they get away with this. The Philadelphia Postal service is a joke! They make up their own hours - “claim”‘ they tried to deliver a package even though the mail legit gets delivered to the mailroom Everyday - but somehow you couldn’t leave a package?? Send mail to the wrong location and then destroy it - they are rude and do not know the meaning of customer service.

The mail boxes on the corners of Northern Liberties seem to be tamped with - 4th and Green, etc. They only open wide enough to insert a letter. Please check this. Thank you.

This is literally the worst post office, so much so that I can't believe it is a legitimate government office. Their phone doesn't even work, they must have it unplugged as to have less work to do. they make their own hours apparently so it becomes stressful knowing your packages must go thru here and may not get to you for days later. I've had to have companies refund me the 2 days shipping I paid for because this office failed to do their job. If you live in the area, Find a trusted friend elsewhere and have your packages shipped there instead so they don't have to go thru this office.

Posted hours mean nothing apparently. Showed up at 9 Saturday morning and they don't open until 9:30? Change your posted hours or open when your supposed to open. This changed messed up my entire day's plans.

I am also filing a complaint after being verbally abused by their SUPERVISOR! I hate that I live close enough to this station to be forced to use it. I hate this station.

Literally the worst post office that's ever existed. Filing a complaint.

Worst store ever. The posted hours don't seem to matter when this dump "closes early" for no good reason. Ship UPS!

I was helped tremendously by polite and patient employees who listened and went out of their way to track down a missing package for me--I was calling from another part of the state. Thanks to all
