I mailed my holiday packages this week at the North Wales Post Office. As the lovely young woman looked them over she suggested that I try to put the contents of one in a smaller box so it wouldn’t be so expensive to send. She gave me a box and I placed my gifts in that box. She calculated the difference. She saved me $30! She was so pleasant and professional! Kudos and thanks to a person who is an asset to the Postal Service!

The mail man have not dropped our mail for a week His excuse was a car is blocking the mail box. The parked car is over 30 foot from mailbox. If he knows how to drive, he can maneuver around easily. I don’t think he needs to get out of car or use reverse. I’ve taken many pictures to prove it. But he’s a miserable mailman with an attitude.

Would like to report that the mailman in our area which is the addison has not been prompt or even considerate of the mail We have not received ant mail since last friday and at that time my husband observed the mailman sitting in his truck leaning over the steering wheel. I really do not understand why this person cannot do their job.

04/06/2020 09:37 AM. I visited to send things to my mother who is in need of a mask due to COVID-19. When I visited there was one Female employee and the branch wasn't busy. Today I visited here and was hurt by your employee. I had no experience sending a box, so I asked a employee. Your employee is angry at me. I asked why she was mad at me She ordered me to go to another branch if I don't like it. I'm curious how to train employees. I run a store. The most basic of staff training in our store is to be kind to customers. Forgive the employee who bought the job, I send a warning e-mail to the employee who is angry at the customer and apologizes to the customer. Once again, the customer is angry and the rude employee is fired. You are very curious how to do rude staff to your guests. People don't change. We will inform you of the time and date of your visit on the receipt. You can find my contact information. You can easily find out which employee was very angry and rude to me. I think the female employee should formally apologize to me. Here's how to reduce this problem. You can put a badge on the staff

I just went into the post office this morning to pick up a package and James helped me.He was very nice and friendly . Yesterday I called and spoke with Jerry and he was also very polite. Today I got there at 10:55 and they close at 11. They locked the doors at 11:05 and a bunch of people showed up after that and got mad that the doors were locked. The employees were nice enough to let them in and I just wanted to leave a review saying how great this post office is and how kind they are to their customers regardless of if they are kind of back to them. Thank you for all you do:)
