If your trying to send a package and you have tracking good luck with Lansdale PO This is the second week in a row where multiple package show the package was accepted by post office in Lansdale and a week later there still is no updated tracking. The service has become horrible and there is no staff that actually cares about the customer and the fact that the charges are so high for these packages its a complete disgrace.

The worst post office I have ever had to deal with . They can not even keep the office open during posted hours . Refuse to answer any phone calls . Customer Service is terrible

Dear Postmaster , I am not sure why I am writing today the service in our neighborhood has been miserable for sometime . Routinely mail is not delivered until sometime around 8 pm give or take an hour either way . If you went a letter to go out on Monday you cannot put it in the mailbox because it will not get mailed until Tuesday at the earliest . This past Tuesday 9/6 there was no mail service at anytime . naturally you need to get in your car and drive to the post office , wasting time and hydrocarbons while endangering the planet . Why is our service so bad ?Why not let the neighborhood you live in get 8 pm service and ours can come at noon ?

They don’t answer their phone! I have been waiting weeks to get a key to my mailbox. I literally have to go out and harass the mailman if I happen to see him to get my mailbox open. Hello? Please get me a key.

On Christmas Eve, Santa and Mrs Claus were busily delivering gifts to local children. They were a little behind schedule, and were looking for a missing package. The nicest postman ever, pulled over, and helped them out.The kids got their gifts on time and we cant thank him enough. This happened about three o’clock in the afternoon in Lansdale. I wanted to share a pic of the carrier with Santa, but I’m not sure how to get to you. I think people would enjoy seeing a really nice little story for a change. Joe Kraynak

I had put out several note on mail box asking mail man to pls stop delivering wrong mail to my mail box , there is over 3 different note written asking him to stop . Yet the problem continues. I keep receiving the wrong address or people who don't live here even thou I put my name on notes . I don't understand you have one job to do and u can't see that the mailing address or even the notes I have up .

This is a complaint. I have a sign on my front door, stating put all packages delivered in the covered walkway. WHY in the middle of a thunderstorm would the mailman put a package on my front step when they have to WALK PAST the covered walkway! I simply don't understand! Can they not read or what? The sign is Metal and GREEN, my door is White, you can't help but see it! What do I need to do to have ANY PACKAGES put in my WALKWAY so they are not soaking wet??????????????????

I called on 6/7/21 to get help finding a package. I was helped by Rockmond. He called me back after he found my package. He was very helpful . I’m glad he went out of his way to help me. Thank you Rockmond

I called 4 times to find if my package was still st the post office. It was supposed to be delivered 2days ago. After being hung up on 3times someone finally answered the phone. Then they could tell me nothing about it. They didn’t know if the mailman still had it or if it was still at the post office. No wonder people don’t use the usps to deliver your orders anymore. Son they will be out of business.

Mail at Madison Apartments should be put IN THE BUILDING not left outside. And how are u “delivering packages” but they aren’t here

Today, 10/21/20, in the 800 block of Pennbrook Ave, the mail delivery person WALKED AROUND A BARRIER ONTO FRESH CONCRETE in front of the garages at my home AND that of my next door neighbor. What kind of idiot did you hire??

Mail carrier has recently stopped delivering packages to the house, instead leaving them behind the mailbox on the highway. This is new, and it is really lousy service. If you're away for a day or two the package is out there tempting thieves, and possibly suffering rain damage.

Would like to know why delivery person is hand delivering mail to 700 Lennox Ct in the Wethersfield development when we all have boxes in the communal area. There were no boxes/delivery item drop offs or any items being picked up. This was strictly hand delivery to the door for convenience purposes of the resident who is able bodied like the rest of us.

We have noticed an ongoing problem with letters that we have to sign for from the post office. There is usually someone at my house all day long. Yet, the mailman will leave a notice in the mailbox saying that he tried to deliver a letter to us. He never did because in all cases that this happened, someone was home. It seems as though he is simply not getting out of the truck to come to the front door. Lazy? We got a notice in the mailbox last week, but someone was at the house all day. We noticed today that Lansdale is trimming our trees. I suppose that is what the letter was about.

I live in Willowyck Apts. Our address does not have an apartment no. It is the address itself. For the past couple months, we have had exceedingly poor service. Letters have come to my mailbox with a completely wrong address. I live at 205 and have received mail for 206 and other apartments. This makes me wonder if some of my mail is delivered incorrectly! My "weekly" magazine shows up 3 days later than normal. I have not received my car registration and when I called PennDOT, they said it went out and should have been received by now. I have to re-register at a cost of $11.00. I have lived here since 2004 and have not had such poor service as I have lately.

We have not received mail for 3 days. We've seen trucks in the area but not at our address. What's going on? We've called and visited the Lansdale POst office and they act like they are hearing complaints for the first time. My wife, two weeks ago , put a xmas card into the mail box for our address. The postman drew a line through the stamp, and left it in the mail box. A federal offense? Help!

I filled out a request to hold my mail while I was out of town for six days. I specifically requested that my held mail be delivered to my house. They didn't start holding my mail until 2 days after the start date. It was delivered 6 days after re-start date.

Yesterday a male Postal Worker came out of the Lansdale office to take the American Flag down. He then rolled it up, tossed it to the ground to tie the rope to the pole… To many great Americans died for that Flag have so damn respect for our Flag, the people who died fighting for it and you. Do the right thing and take that flag over to the Legion and dispose of it and replace it today.

This post is regarding the worst mail service in Pennsylvania (Lansdale19446).....It is Monday March 12th, 2018 @ 8:05 PM, The West Mount Vernon Street residents did not get any mail again!!! What is the excuse this time Postmaster Jane Stasen????? We did not get mail last Wednesday, March 7th (yes that was the snow storm day) but no mail on Thursday March 8th. I actually went looking for my mail carrier to try to retrieve a package that was to be delivered on Wednesday, she did give it to me when I showed her my ID. ( I am also delivering mail to neighbors and bringing mail back to the Post Office that was put in my mail box) I AM TIRED OF WORKING FOR THE USPS AND NOT GETTING A PAY CHECK!!!We in Lansdale have had poor mail delivery for the last 3 years, it seems that the Postmaster does not know how to manage this post office. I WANT TO KNOW WHY THERE WAS NO MAIL TODAY....THIS IS GETTING VERY OLD!!! THE USPS NEEDS TO FIRE JANE STASEN ASAP AND GET SOMEBODY IN THE POSITION THAT KNOWS HOW TO RUN A POST OFFICE!!! Jane Stasen has NO managerial skills at all....She needs to be FIRED!!!!!

This is toally out of hand I have live in this town over 40 years and have never had this problem with the post office as we do now we don't get our mail weather it's bad weather or not and when we do it doesn't come until really late some times not until 8:30 at night who the hell gets mail that late! This is so unacceptable and when you speake to the post master Andera she is very rude it's no wonder the post office is in unmanageable condition.Everyone should send and e-mail to the post master in Washington DC. What is going on. We are having days with no mail or extremely late. Whoever has the shaw ave route clearly is overworked or extremely unqualified for the job. We have had important peices of mail resent to us cause the mail service lost it. I'm clearly not the only person that is having this problem. Please fix or i will make this a public issue

No mail for days including today. What ever happened to "neither rain nor sleet nor...will stop the mail?" Earlier last week my carrier decided to blast my trashcan and punched a hole in it. He was so pissed he damaged my mail stuffing into the mailbox. I called the PO and they said they would get back to me but surprise they never did. There must be some way to hold this taxpayer paid for government agency accountable!

I also had not received any mail for three day too. My neighbors got curious and went out to the post office to see if there was a problem. Turns out the post master said that he would not put his carriers in harms way and it was up to the carrier to decide if it was safe to deliver or not. They brought my mail back with them but just as "Davieb" has said, I also have a package of medication that was dropped of by FedEx and was suppose to be delivered. As far as I know it's sitting there. I'm partially disabled and it is not easy for me to go out and run a lot of errands. My property has been clear of any snow and ice during these days so this is no excuse. There must be something the residence of Lansdale can do to fix this situation. Many people like me depend on the delivery of medications and government checks. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!

We have not received mail for TWO DAYS (Saturday and Monday, January 6th and 8th, 2018). All we've received is ONE small package. WHERE IS OUR MAIL?

We have not received ANY mail since last Wednesday (no mail Thursday, Friday or Saturday)! I have several packages that were shipped FedEx SmartPost, FedEx delivered them to the Lansdale post office for final home delivery early last week and there they sit! I even went to the post office Friday and Saturday to request my packages and was told that they were on the truck and I have to wait for them to be delivered and still no packages or even ANY mail! Come on now, the roads have been clear since last Thursday evening, we only had 3 inches of snow! When I checked with FedEx on the status of my package, the Lansdale post office lied and said they tried to deliver them Saturday evening but there was no access, that clearly was a lie because my sidewalk and driveway were both shoveled and I was home, if the mail carrier was at my home why didn't they leave any mail at all in my mailbox!!!! As several people have reported, the Lansdale post office hasn't delivered ANY mail since last Wednesday! Isn't it time the government stop subsidizing the post office with OUR tax dollars and let them be bought out by a real private company like UPS, FedEx or Amazon who can do a better job at a lower cost!

Why have we not received mail for the past week. Last mail was Wednesday? 7th street. We need our mail. Some nights we dont get mail till 6pm or later. What is the issue

It is now 6:32 p.m. on Saturday 1/6 and we have not received mail since Thursday. We receive medications and checks by mail. This situation is unacceptable! Even when our mail is delivered it doesn't arrive until 5 or 6 p.m. What is the problem?

I think that you need to hire additional letter carriers. Our mail has been delivered very late this week (today it hasn't arrived yet, at 7:33 pm). I am eagerly awaiting a package. The tracking info says that it should arrive today. I feel so disappointed at the tardiness. I appreciate our letter carriers; the weather has been miserable. Live in Preserve at Worcester where we have a community mail box. Frequently, I get others' mail in my box and they have received mine. No big deal except there are some residents who just don't check mail. Some of my mail is probably sitting in the wrong box since I am missing several invitations that should have come a couple of weeks ago. Please have postal delivery person check the boxes for the correct mail, esp. those that have mail sitting there for days. Not easy to catch him during a delivery since they it is not a consistent time and I am usually not home until dinner time.

Not sure what's going on but I'm not happy with USPS right now. There are times when we will go for days without getting mail. The time frames always vary and I never know when it will happen. Weeks will go by with no issue and then no mail for two days. Then a week will go by and then no mail for three days. If it happened infrequently or I wasn't expecting something to arrive I could almost find it coincidental, but it happens often and I will not receive an expected piece of mail until days after it was supposed to arrive. Very unhappy with the service our post office provides, it's a shame too because our mail carrier is a sweet woman.
