Well it is 8:55pm and my mail has not been delivered. My mail is now coming after 6 pm most evenings. It is time for the government to retake the Postal Service and give us the service the Constitution grants us.

This morning (May 6th) I witnessed the postal delivery person leave a cardboard package out in the rain on a wet step and throw my mail at my front door onto the wet stoop - ignoring the mail slot. She also ignored the package left for USPS (with written request filed and acknowledged by the Post Office). I had to run after her to have her take it.

Just a quick thank you because neither snow nor heat or gloom of night nor coronavirus is stopping delivery of our mail.

Yesterday I watched as the mailman saturated his fingers with spot before placing my mail in the box. I didn't confront him on it. But I am recording. I goong to help you bastards go viral. Good luck with the job saving.

I recently had the same issue. Package shipped on 3/21 never arrived. The postal worker said couldn’t deliver closed. How is a house with no signature required closed? Any how the company was kind enough to replace it and re-shipped it but I had it sent to my house instead because the carriers for my street are honest no problems. I delivered the item myself. It’s a shame people feel the need to take others peoples stuff, it’s wrong and annoying. I hope this isn’t a trend which is why I decided to respond to your post. I also hope your item turns up and gets delivered. Good luck.

Not receiving mail family members are sending me. Tried calling local number and it's always busy!!!! Tried 1800 number and it's over an hour wait. I opted then for a call back and no one called me back! This is awful and I will be going up the ladder to complain!

My wife and I visited the Morrisville post office today to renew our passports. Matt was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. In fact, I would say that he is, hands down, the most helpful and friendliest postal worker I have ever met! The USPS should clone him!

I want to give a positive review to the Morrisville Post Office! I have had issues in the past, so I want to be sure to give kudos! I was very pleasantly surprised when I went into the post office before Christmas, and found a very friendly cheery Elf at a small counter in the lobby selling stamps! That was great and I was in and out quickly. What a great service! Thank you

There was No Mail Delivery (drop off or pick-up on 2/2/17 and PO does not answer phone on 2/3/17. The local number shows as busy all day.... I am not sure why this is occurring as there is no response to repeated phone calls. The 800 number has over an hour wait time. A business cannot run this way.... Why is the post office run this way?

Delivering mail after dusk is unsafe. Either you walk to your mailbox with a flash light or it lays there until the next day.

My family had the best experiences with Passports with MATT at this location! What a gem! MATT knows his business, is upbeat, welcoming, funny, and made getting a passport easy and fun.

Ok so are you guys ready for this? Yesterday I get a text message from Amazon because I am expecting my sisters Christmas and to my surprise, 2 days after I order it's here. So I go to the front room of my apartment because I cannot always hear when someone knocks when I am in my back room. When I go to the front room, I just happen to see the post man pull up. I am on the ground level and I had the windows open because it was a nice day. I watch the postman walk over to our mailboxes and I wait by the door because our mailboxes are to small for packages and the good postman always knocks on our door, I watched as the postman got in his mail truck and left. Then I get a text from Amazon delivery stating that it was undelivered. Yes, because your lazy mailman couldn't walk the 5 feet to my front door! I tried to go after him when I saw him leaving but since it was Sunday and I was not expecting to go anywhere I couldn't get my shoes fast enough. This post office is filled with people who don't do their jobs. Don't get me wrong, there are ones who do and are friendly. It's the ones who don't that make it look bad.

Mail lady in my neighborhood not only drops packages around the neighborhood and loses them but also claims my package was delivered when it was not. My father had to deliver my neighbors package that he found laying on someones lawn. My package has been missing for a week now.

I thought you were supposed to pick up my packages at my door for delivery. You do say leave them at your door and we will deliver them. I thought that when you delivered my mail you would see the 3 LARGE packages with the labels on them. I now understand why you are sinking.

Guess anyone get hired by the United States Post office! They just don't care! Wish it was like the old days where people took pride in their jobs. Guess I have to pay for a PO box

USPS is circling the drain, and rightly so. NOWHERE have I experienced such incompetence in the name of "customer service". One slight example: I dropped off a package today at the counter, because it was too big to fit in the parcel slot. Direct quote from the counter droid: "You guys are killing me with these packages today". Excuse me, but isn't that your JOB, counter droid? Mind you, I brought in a ready-to-go package - she didn't even have to bestir herself to print postage. Plus, the attitude! Goodbye USPS, you won't be missed! This was Morrisville PO, 2/2/15, 10:10 am.

Your service is absolutely horrible...mail person does not do his/her job. In not to many years I'm sure you will all be out of a job because UPS and FED=Ex actually deliver the items they post as "Delivered" I'm so sick of tracking and paying for 2 day shipping to get things in 4 days because of your "usps" failure to do your jobs to the best of your ability

I'm waiting for something that i ordered online and the tracking number states that it's "out for delivery," however its been two days and no mail. The snow is in an issue, i understand, but there is a clear pathway from the street to my mailbox. This is frustrating!

I have the same issue, put my bills in box three days ago, flag up, each night I bring bills in house, today is third day, also package out for delivery two days ago, we are retired and home all the time, last night at 9 pm, a note entered stating no one at home to sign, What, this is something I paid less that ten dollars for and sent by po and it needs a signature. Weather is bad, but this is going on before weather became an issue.

I want to know why on numerous occasions the mailman just decides not to come. And I don't mean just in bad weather. There's been plenty of time especially recently that he just doesn't come to anyone on my street. It's not right especially when your waiting on a check that you need to pay your bills.
