This location does not follow the hours listed. Retail hours are supposed to be 8:30am to 5:00pm. This is the 2nd time I went there between 4:00 and 4:30 pm and they were closed and the gate was down. Very frustrating When I leave work early to conduct business there and they aren’t open. They should post their correct hours!

Lisa our mail person Is exceptional in all my life I’ve never seen a mail person give so much genuine warmth to those around them. I drive in and out of the section from 9 to 3 so I see her on different roads handing mail to neighbors and each one of them always has a smile . I can’t tell you how much it means in this a day and time to see such brightness another brings to me, my family and my neighbors . I’m certainly not speaking for my neighbors I’m just going by the genuine actions they exhibit when they see her. She’s always on time and never mixes the mail up which I’m thankful for. Sincerely Annamarie Dunford

Missing packages left right & center!!! Whyyyyy? Is this not a government facility? You call to complain.. ur on hold or even hung up on. You’re treated so poorly. And u do everything on your end as far a tacking etc etc…. What the heck is going on!?!? I called about 3 missing packages- ordered for Christmas & I’m told it was sent back in August, ( SO SHADY) I say that’s impossible cuz I didn’t order it until OCTOBER!! His tune changed quickly as he knew he was likely caught (In what I dont know) Then he asks for my info & says it will be refunded!! Like SIR, it’s CHRISTMAS EVE & i dont know what y’all doing, but it’s NOT GOOD! Btw that was just 1 of the 3 that have gone missing!! SMH DO BETTER! P.S. TELL YOUR DRIVERS TO GET OUT THE TRUCK AND STOP THROWING MY PACKAGES UP MY DRIVEWAY!! The audacity, to not even have the decency to walk up to my door, which sits passed my driveway and off to the side of my driveway, like Yo y’all can’t be trusted at this point cuz it not just packages- it the mail too.. I could go on & on, but I’ll spare you all! Replace most if not ALL THE STAFF- then Mabe just Mabe, then y’all can’t earn the trust back from the residents of Levittown!

Open til 4pm NOT 5PM but leave it to govt workers to not update operating hours. It's not like they have to leave work early to pick up registered or certified mail.

Last month I sent a birthday card to someone. He never got it. I sent another one. He never received it. His mom said she got a notice with a picture of the envelope saying she would get it 2 weeks ago and still hasn't gotten it.

I have tried contacting you on two separate occasions by phone with no answer or the receiver being lifted and immediately hung up. I have a package jammed in my mail box for four days now and can not get it out. As a professional I would expect the carrier to know that backs are bigger than the fronts, and if its jammed into the back it certainly is not coming out the front. Also, if a package remains in a box for four days you would think the carrier might get the idea there is an issue. So if you would kindly have the package at 57 Pamela Court removed from my box and delivered to my door step i would appreciate that. Thank you.

I keep getting formal tenants mail. I lived here for almost four years. My husband, who is out of state, in a medical building, use to get almost as much mail as me & now, very little. The other day, the mail was a mess. Two medical bills were two weeks late, after the due date. Someone else's mail, on the same street, was delivered. My catalog was damaged. Only received the last page & the rest was missing. One box came & totally fell a part, a while ago. I couldn't even get it into the house, in one piece. Heavy boxes are put up against the door. Once before, I needed help just to leave my apt. I talked to the mail man about it's just me & my husband here. He doesn't listen. I once returned me & he refused to take it back. I told him right out that I do not have to accept any mail I do not want & can returned it. He also lies.

I have been tracking a package I sent to my daughter on 12/07/20. My Post Office tells me it is in Levittown PO on New Falls Road on the 16th. How is it no one is answering the phone when I call the PO. This package has bee out there almost 2 weeks. I paid for priority mail and was told it would be 3 or 4 days. WHERE IS IT?????

I’m just curious if my letter carrier was coming today to Foxwood Manor. It’s 6:50 p.m. & I put outgoing mail to be picked up early this afternoon. My regular carrier, Sonny, is incredible & I’m wondering if he’s off today. Thank you.

My mail is being intercepted on behalf of the Falls Township Police Department. This is illegal activity as the open, sabtoge, steal, replace and delay critical packages from being delivered. This illegal conspiracy is without warrant or cause. We have videotape of undercover police actually delivering mail, and dropping mail off at nearby apartments occupied by confidential informants lawsuit being filed shortly with levittown post office front and center in the criminal conspiracy and mail fraud.

The clerks working at the Levittown office are so patient and worked with me to get my packages mailed in the most efficient way. The office is clean and social distancing guidelines are clear. I feel comfortable going there.

I get packages almost every other day and on Saturday July 11th I was home all day when one of my most important packages was supposedly delivered. I never found it and its been almost impossible to get ahold of the post office. I filed two online claims already and I was supposed to hear back in 1-3 business days and it's already been close to two weeks. I even had to invest in a front door camera!

Champion is spending large packages to my address do not know these people at all. I have contacted this business twice via phone calls telling them they have the wrong address and I am sending the package back. What I get is pushback telling me they know the right address but he wants me to deliver the package to these strangers, or he wants me to allow strangers to come to my home to pick the package up. I have twice refused. He calls me a bad neighbor and keeps pressuring me to deliver the packages or allow strangers to come to my home to pick them up. I refused and mailed the first package back to him. He claims he never received it and this is why he needs me to deliver the new package he just sent to my address. I am not buying this. He is now threatening me telling me he has tracking numbers on all the packages he has sent to my address and he can file a criminal complaint that I am holding other people mail. This is now harassment! He knows the addresses of these people but refuses to send them the mail to their address and is trying to involve me. This seems as there is some criminal element to his insistence and threats. I do not know this man or his business or never had contact with him until now. I have called post Office just being told to keepsending it back, they need to stop these delivers to my home!

I e-mailed you the other day about a complaint and received a call back from a supervisor about my complaint . however the supervisor made it out to seem I was complaining about my mail carrier which was and is part of the problem but also the incompetence of your entire operation . the carrier is only part of your problem and its come to the point I DONT want any of your employees handling any of my personal mail . I simply can not trust your organization any longer ! so I am forced to seek different mailing options such as a PO BOX AND SWITCH AS MUCH OF MY MAIL TO ONLINE . enjoy your employment while it last because this is why the American post office will become EXTINCT !!!

Seems like at least 3-4 times each week we get someone else's mail. Not just similar last name or someone else on our street... but different Levittown sections nowhere near ours. There are different carriers all the time thyese days... these folks are either uneducated or they just don't care.

My mother's mail carrier won't take her outgoing mail from her mailbox. She is 71 years old with health issues and can't get to the post office all the time. Luckily, I live in the Levittown area also, therefore I can go to her house to get her mail and take it to the post office from time to time. It's a shame as I am not always available to do that. Get it together in Willowood!

Part of a letter Carrier's job is to pick up the mail at your house after he/she leaves your daily mail. You should report this to the Postmaster or our representative (state) Tina Davis.

I wish I could upload a photo here, but I have it if you need it. I received my People magazine which is an expensive subscription .. this was the firs to me which was a surprise for me as a Christmas gift and it looks like a dog got to it. The cover and half the pages are ripped in half and there is a chunk missing out of the cover ! Not an acceptable way to deliver magazines even if it was raining. Disappointed.

Please advise how can I email the Postal Service something in writing that the upper management would take care of. Unexceptable that the mail carriers are told to take the shortage route to each home - which then in turn they think it is perferctly fine to WALK ON AND THROUGH personal flower beds. This started years ago and I called and complained they told me I had to put something in writing (that is crazy) but I did. Disrespectful on the office part and the carriers part. Thank you for your help

We've been eagerly awaiting a package we ordered last week, and we've been following its progress from the point of origination as it moved through the sorting facilities in Spokane and Philadelphia. All went smoothly and we saw it was to be delivered today so we stayed at home and waited. At 3:40 we checked the tracking info one more time and it said they tried to deliver it at 3:32 but there was no one there to sign for it. Now they tell us when we call that we can't even pick it up at the PO until tomorrow. Well we figured out the route of the lazy carrier and rolled up on him in two cars, boxing him in so that he could go nowhere without first dealing with us. He was one frightened postal worker, but we got our package.

I have been out of town since November 2 and had put a 'forward' mail card on my mail. THREE times I have had to call the Post Office because some idiot has been leaving mail at my residence. I am getting my bills late and medications also. If my friend hadn't stopped by to check the house, I would never know that I had a pile of mail there. This time I am writing to the Postmaster. No wonder the post office is going under!

Frustrated and disgusted!!!!!!
I called the post office this morning to HOLD a package that required a signature. Mrs. Baptiste wrote the information down and was to give it to our mailman. I went into track the package prior to my leaving to pick it up at the po and saw that it had a message "out for delivery". I called back and talked to Mrs. Baptiste again and she informed me that she gave the note directly to the mailman advising him to leave the package at the po for pick up. She checked and found the note on his desk and the package gone. I get home this evening and find a note with my mailbox stating that I was not there to sign for it and can pick it up tomorrow after 8:30am. I am registering a formal complaint regarding this issue against our mailman. This is the latest incident of several rcecently regarding undelivered mail for 2 days due to snow, mail delivered to the wrong addresses and sent back. I have called twice regarding these issues in the past. What else do I have to do to get this addressed and corrected???????

Our postal carrier is terrible. He doesn't deliver the mail for days. When he delivers the wrong mail,we put it back in our box to take back, all he does is put our flag down & throw our mail on top of it. I called to complain and they act like I shouldn't be upset. I have had missing bills and packages, thank to him not delivering our mail, I got a late fee from Verizon. The worst carrier in the Red Cedar section in Levittown, PA !!!!!!

Same thing going on in Goldenridge. Missing mail, wrong people's mail, getting 2 different addresses put in my box. When I told the carrier about it, she said just put it back in your box and it will get picked up. So those peoples mail was delayed. We are still missing a magazine from 2 weeks ago. Monday's mail was soaking wet. I mean the mail was coming out of the envelopes, the paper had disinegrated and we have a large porch over our mail box. We thought in JAn that there wasn't mail on Saturdays anymore. Even though our side walks were shoveled we only got mail 2 or 3 times a week.
