Came into post office 5:39 and they close at 6. I brought in a package that had to go out in todays shipment to get to a little girls bday on friday. Yesterday, i had it priced at the morrisville pa location at $37.50, exact same items without the box. I was told the box would cost another $1 or $2, or i could simply tape the items together and send that way. The Man in langhorne not only more than doubled the price, he then went ahead and took everyone in the store a head of me and then told me i showed up to late and my shipment left WITH ME. He proceeds to kick another man out of the store who was filling out something for his package, told him to do it outside so they can close. He was 1 of two men working and he was some type of asian decent but worst experience I’ve ever had at any post office in 48 years. Now my package will not get to where it needed to be. Thanks jerk!

This is in reference to postal carrier, Valerie, who serves the Walker Ave. route in Penndel, PA. I would simply like her supervisor to know what a pleasure it is to have Valerie as our carrier. She is friendly, courteous, helpful (relative to mail-related questions, etc.), and reliably timely in the daily delivery of our mail. We feel that the quality of her service should be duly recognized. Thank you!

I’m checking on a Money Order that was made out to Penndot in the amount of $39.00 dated 12/3/2022. If you could please find out if or who this Money Order was cashed or lost It would greatly appreciate it. You could call [number removed]. Thank you. Barbara Malaczewski

I had a package delivered to the wrong address today. It says it was hand delivered. I am being refunded by Amazon, but I didn't receive any of my mail today. The carrier handed it to someone else.

I sent a package certified with tracking that has not left the post office according to tracking put in complaint online, received a call to call this branch I have tried calling 25x's and get a recording that someone will be with me shortly while I wait for operator then it hangs up! When I did get a hold of someone she stated the person who left me message "no one there by that name"! Then mail is in Phila plant they cant look its a needle in a haystack, stuck in machine or something they don't know. It's only been 12 days wait another week! OMG why do they charge extra if they can't do anything!

I appreciate the post office and its services but is it possible to ask the delivery people to please stop leaving the rubber bands and plastic strips on the ground. This is littering. Thanks. Sharon Spraw

Terrible. Customer service moves extremely slow. There are workers just standing there not helping anyone, acting like they are doing something else. Lobby is packed with no consideration for customer safety in a time where distancing is important. This place is a disgrace.

The outside appearance of your post office is awful. The lawn looks raggedy..goose poop all over parking lot. I see tall blonde man outside with postal shirt and jeans most days outside on his phone. Assume he groundskeeper. The lobby floor always got papers and dirt on floor. I see cobwebs in lobby and box section. Penndel office even worse. Lobby always nasty looking with tape and stickers all over the place. Disgraceful.

I have tried to be considerit on the delivery of my mail. But after leaving several notes attached to my mailbox concerning my concerns they still go on unnoticed. Please inform the delivery mail carrier that walking through formal flower beds is Not Exceptable! I have bulbs coming up and now several yet again are damaged! There is no reason why instead of taking a short cut through my flower beds you don't do the right thing and walk around and up my driveway. Please inform the person I will be checking my security cameras to see if this continues

What is the policy for delivering packages that do not fit in the mailbox? Yesterday (10/1) the mailman left a package balanced on the open lid of my mailbox. It could have easily fallen or damaged the lid. My driveway was not blocked and it is only about 30 feet from my door. It was not raining. He should have put the package at the door. I mean...really?
