I came home to find a package sitting at the bottom of my street side mailbox, on the ground. I then looked up the street and saw that two of my neighbors also had boxes sitting on the ground as well. Is this going to be a normal situation?

Yesterday your carrier left two packages at my neighbors mailbax (on the ground) in the rain. Both boxes were so wet, they were falling apart. We are the last house on your Shartlesville Road route, our mailbox is clearly marked with our address. The packages were also clearly marked with our address. The carrier had to drive pass our house to leave the packages at 5430 Old Rt 22, HamburgPa. Today, the carrier left a package on a sand pile on our neighbors property. I realize packages are heavy this time of year and you may be using temps but if you're going to do a job, do it correctly
