Postal Locations

This has been my Post office for 22 years. I have gone thru many tellers, but the one there now is a complete jerk, she or he is so rude and has no personality at all, very demanding and is not helpful at all. I would think making the money she or he is making they could at least smile, what do they start out now $45.00 an hour? was $35.00 ten years ago. It is such a shame to have a hateful person working.....

I’m tired of lazy mail delivery people. My house is under quarantine and we are expecting an essential delivery today. I got a message that our Front Door/Driveway was not accessible. That is complete BS. There are no cars in our driveway. UPS was able to deliver a package earlier today. Our carrier is too lazy to get out and walk up our steps. The attempt was at 1:10PM, which is later than usual. In other words, our carrier was running late and wanted to get home. I’ve had this issue in the past and it gets ignored.

Rich, the Leesport, PA postmaster doesn't know the post office rates and or services. He over-charged a customer on Monday to send a book. He told the customer it needed to be educational to go media mail. That is incorrect, it simply need to be a book of at least 8 pages. When I printed out the requirements on media mail today (from USPS.com) and pointed out his error, he went ballistic. He said if he didn't over charge me then it was none of my concern. He over charged her $4-$5, depending on the weight. This is the second time he has yelled at me. The first time he said if I wanted my mail to go out that day, I need to bring it in by 3, note they close at 4:30 but I takes them that long to process 25 pieces of accountable mail. I am sure he would not talk to a man this way.
