Postal Locations

This post office definitely needs to be looked into. Worst costumer service they are rude and inconsiderate!

There were two women working the counter. One had a mask below her nose, and the other had no mask at all. There is glass covering a small portion of the counter, but A HUGE gap between the wall and the glass would easily let any virus aerosols pass through. I understand some people can't wear masks for medical reasons, but in that case those people should be reassigned to tasks that ARE NOT public facing. Absolutely reckless. Will never come here again, I will happily drive to a further away location to avoid giving my family coronavirus.

I don’t know what is going on at this post office but the service is horrible. Latest situation, I was to get a package delivered yesterday but it did not come. When I checked the tracking it said it was being held at the post office and that a delivery attempt was made at 10:36 am. I was home all day and no one ever try to deliver it. I started calling this morning an hour after their opening time, and it just rings and rings and eventually I get disconnected. There is no reason my package should be held at the post office in the first place. Not to mention I never received a notice that it was being held. If I hadn’t checked the tracking myself, I wouldn’t even know any of this. Been calling for an hour and no one is answering.

Horrible have had many packages now lost in mail delivered to other addresses lately also many packages delivered to my house that aren't mine...mainly whoever delivers packages...plane disgrace
