Postal Locations

A very inefficient location that does not answer phones, a fax # that is inoperative and yet they are allowed to function as a federal operation. This should be read by the Postmaster general or senior management. We can say that it is just another Federally run fiasco , but it is much worse than that.

On June 24th at 8.15 am in the morning my husband and I arrived at the post office at Bethlehem so that he can give his finger prints necessary for an FBI background check. As it turned out, employee that was supposed to open the post office called off. The manager did not appoint another employee to come. Employees from the sorting department said they called the supervisor to send another employee. This happened around 8.30 l. As I am writing this review it is past 10 am. I am waiting still for someone to come. Dozens of people needed the service and simply left. Old people don't have where to sit! Nobody tells is how long to wait! There is nobody here and post office should have been open at 8.00 am. Perhaps you don't care but we have appointment for a visa interview and we needed these finger prints taken today! I am very frustrated and I think we all deserve some answers and a decent apology.

I want to know why this particular post office doesn't answer their phone ever and why I don't get my mail daily anymore this is a huge inconvenience when I'm expecting important mail.

I would like to know why Hanoverville Road has not gotten mail delivery for 2 days. This is a little ridiculous. People get home delivery with their medicine. This is the worst office ever for Mail delivery

I rarely step inside your Wood St, branch. Yesterday I did about 4:15 to post a dozen envelopes. Clerk #2 took the transaction and began pasting stamps. I scolded her for not letting me do that job. She smiled and said "Oh well, it's the end of the day.

I’ve never had an issue with mail delivery or service at the office. When you consider the volume of work they do, it is astounding how consistently efficient and accurate they are. If on occasion someone behind the desk isn’t cheerful, I imagine it is because of the stress of the job and dealing with the kind of comments reflected here. I for one am thankful for my local post office!

I have the app that shows a picture of what mail I’m supposed to receive each day. But for some reason when I check the Mail box it’s not all there. It’s always the important Mail Im supposed to receive that goes missing. It’s not like the mail is coming late, I’m not getting it at all. I’ve submitted in the app that I did not receive and I have had no response from anyone. I’ve been calling the post office because my work schedule I can’t just show up at post office. No answer at all.

Why would a postal service person deliver a package that has an end opened on it and nothing inside the box? This happened to me 6/16/21. The package was delivered at 2:50 pm. I heard the dog bark next door and went out front to get the package and this is what I found. The package was not tampered with by anyone other then the post office. I contacted the merchant and luckily they will replace the item for me. If the package was empty when this mail carrier delivered it, why didn't they just return it to the post office to report the missing item? Doesn't make sense to me.

this post office is a freaking circus ! I received a tracking number for my package , and they said it was delivered It was never delivered! I went there and was told a package supervisor would call me that day. They never called! They must have stolen my package! I've called every phone number and it rings and rings. No one answers ! WTF ! AND THESE IDIOTS WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT! OMG!

This place is ridiculous!! I think they just hire people to steal packages. No one ever answers the phone and no one seems to be getting their packages. A bunch of thieves you all are!!!!

This here trying to get some one on the phone at any post office is a big joke there win you ask for a representative you can not even get one in stead it go right back to the beginning there and that is a joke I will not send anything though the usps I will send my thing though fed-x from now on there and just pay the money to have thing ship that way from now on that pretty bad that you people show that your open there and you can not even answer the phone ☎️

I received mail today 11/17/2020 that was post dated on 10/07/2020. Like you can not be serious. I have never in my life heard of anything like this, covid or not, this is absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced anything as unprofessional and just sad then this. I really hope something is done about this. Maybe a new manager perhaps or someone who that can actually assure that the staff is doing their job. Just ridiculous!!! So pissed off..

My package arrived there 2 weeks ago when it should of went to wind gap. Apparently its still at bethlehem since that was the last scan on it. They can't even answer their phones!! Hire people who can do the job correctly...fkn useless

This is the absolute worst post office. They intentionally withhold your mail if you complain about the service. They steal your packages. They deliver the mail whenever they feel like it. They mock you when you go speak to them in person. They are rude and dismissive. They lie and say they’ve delivered mail or packages when they haven’t. They are more like the mob and criminals than employees employed by the United States. Do not use this service if you don’t have to. The Bethlehem Wood street post office is the worst post office and a disgrace to USPS.

Called the 0911 number computer says transfering you to the operator which you don’t have and the phone just rings and rings then it hangs up. Terrific customer service!

My name is Phelistus Rita Vutagwa and moved to 917 high street, Bethlehem, pa 18018 and i went to post office and filled a form and they intentionally didnt make that reflect on my new address. I was expecting a very important letter that i have not received to-date. no mail is coming to my new address. i was in the post office on broad and market to complain about it and the lady i found told me that the address did not reflect and i was so disappointed. I hope my important later was not returned. please can you ask whoever the mail man on that route to make sure my letters are delivered on that address. my house is under renovation but the is my home now.I would like someone from post office to call me as soon as possible to confirm that my address has been entered in the system, Rita 4846441694

seprating and putting and helping people with service with delivering mail and gettiing the package their on time for special delivery so its theirover night and when the people are ecpecting it to come so its on time for delivery for the company

Bethlehem's so called "Post Office" is actually a nursing home... WHAT THE HECK! I want to mail packages not talk about the war with a guy on a scooter. Get yourself sorted(packaging humor...)! Please update your website with accurate global positing service information.
