They delivered a package to me today that the box was torn wide open and was empty. I have video of the woman delivering it. I am sure that when I contact them they will tell me it was in there when they delivered it. I will update when I do.
The new backing rule is just a ploy not to do there job. Pissed because didn't get big pot of tax payers money. If you can't back up
you shouldn't have a drivers license.
Called post office to ask about returning a package. Was told I may put it in my mail box and I explained that the mail carrier put it my flag she that was fine took my address so she could let carrier know. I had it hanging on my flag and watched the mail carrier put mail in my mailbox and never take my package. I was trying to avoid going out since we are at a stay at home order that was the purpose of calling the post office to see if I could put out at my mailbox and told yes and then it never be taken. Now must go to post office very disappointed!!!!!!
I love my little post office! They've always been real friendly. They've gone out of their way several times, like walking up a snowy hill to bring me a box, or being so sweet when I just called to cancel the mail hold It called and put on the day before. (Didn't think I'd have time to put that mailbox back after the snow plow nailed it.) (But we have Francis the Talking Mule coming on Netflix DVD today!)
They're just genuinely nice folk that usually share a laugh with me and have gone out of their way more than once. And I've been here almost 30 years.
This is possible the WORST post office I've ever had to deal with. For the last 3 years I've lived in Felton I have faithfully received the Delta Star (weekly paper) now for whatever reason the post office has started sending the paper back to the Delta Star. What the h...!! I pay for a year subscription and now have not received it for at least a month .Do you think I will be reimbursed? No, I hardly think so!! The post master told me on the phone I would receive the paper the next day which I DID NOT. My property taxes help pay their salary and I have to deal with poor service and just plain ignorance not to mention I'm always receiving my neighbors mail. I cant be the only one who has trouble with this post office!!!!!
I have an important package in the Felton Post Office, asked to come in and get it around 9am because this post office is known to not deliver what they have. The woman said no because she didn't want to search for it. I am %90 positive I wont get my package today. Happens all the time. Poor service and attitude. I know no one will do anything about this. It has been like this for years
