Just wondering if a schedule has been made up for residential deliveries. Seems it is hit or miss as to when we will get deliveries.
and having a USPS person pick up mail to be sent from home.
Well, that is a real good question.
Maybe you need to reevaluate your mail delivery. pay more deliver less. Stop this double time Sundays.
Our normal delivery person didn't deliver on Saturday so he could get double time on Sunday. Don't blame him but not good for residents.
I am wondering why I have not received a check that was mailed to me from the Artlore Studio in Erie, PA. The check was mailed third week in January. I have since asked for a second check to be sent. That hasn't arrived yet either. This is money that I need to pay a bill. I am also wondering if there are set days when the Enola, PA post office does not deliver. I live in Enola and some days we don't get any mail at all. It would be nice to know if there are set days we will not be receiving mail.
Don't try to telephone the post office even if it isn't closed yet; I started 1/2 prior to closing for the Camp Hill U.S. Postal Office and it just rang and rang. When it finally just disconnected, I dialed again because their web site said they were open 2 more minutes, but again no answer. Horrendous time wasted with recordings. I live in Enola with another person living at my old rental address who has the same name; sorting is done at Camp Hill and half the time she gets my mail and I have gotten hers, I either take hers over to the apartment building and tape to security door or put it back out in the mail with a note for my wonderful delivery man. He is the one bright and kind light in our postal area chaos. Enola post IS NOT HANDICAPP ACCESSIBLE...manager said there is a sidewalk; yes around the building which is way back from the road and yards and yards of grass before that...that does not equal accessibility as most power wheelchairs don't even go in the grass or through wet anything. Nothing along side the lanes either at a busy intersection where I was told there was a cross-walk...WRONG no cross-walk. Only 28 years since the ADA was passed and this post office was built long after ADA was passed. Government wrong, most employees wrong, terrible service if any.
