Very poor. Tried twice to speak to personnel at Camp Hill, PA, post office. The line rang and rang, but no one would answer. I let the phone ring nearly 30 times on each call. Please send me the Camp Hill post master's direct number. Besides this, I have another problem I need resolved.

The link to schedule appointments for passport services (https://tools.usps.com/go/pages/schedule-appointment/index.jsp) leads to an error message that says "JSPG0036E: Failed to find resource /pages/schedule-appointment/index.jsp"

I go there regularly, like all USPS offices they're over worked result of political hacks meddling. One day these offices will be in public hands then the whinning will really kick in. Bernard is an agent there, polite, professional, friendly and usually conveys any and all info about your dealings, before you ask, the staff are all pleasant but this guy stands out. With an arm behind their backs the USPS does their level best, I for one appreciate them.

I mailed two cards to an address in Camphill PA. I realize that there have been weather issues. The first card which was mailed 3 weeks ago never arrived at the address. The second card was mailed 9 days ago and still has not arrived going to the same address. I mailed a card to an address in Pgh and it arrived in just 4 days. All cards were mailed from the same address in FL. Is your post office having issues???

Horrible Postal Office. The Window clerk has no responsibility and had uneducated/ unknowledge, non professional feed backs to clients. The managers did know how to manage, and solve the problems.

There are (4) overlight panels in the box area of the Camp Hill Post Office that have been dark since last August and the third light is only half lit. It is impossible to open and read mail and I must bend down to even see to insert my key to my box. I have been a box holder for over 50 years. Also, the front door has been broken also for over 3 months. I have left two different requests for the Postmaster and have not even gotten ar response. (717) 576-5321

I had a package with necessary medication arrive at the post office today at noon. I went in to pick the package up. They said the mailman had it. I said how did he get it, it arrived at noon and I said it doesn't say "out for delivery ". He said he had to scan it for it to say that. I said that has never happened before, packages show out for delivery no later than 7 am. He refused to check for the package, even though the evidence was that it was there. Needless to say I was right, the package never arrived today like he said it would. I will request pharmacies ship medication by a means other than USPS.

It is a real shame that you have to have a flashlight to get your mail. Since they closed the Enola post office we don't get our mail until between 5:00 and 7:00 pm. It is now 8:28 pm and we are just getting our mail. Total bullshit.

Very negative and unfriendly treatment by counter person. She acted as I was interrupting her day. She needs some interpersonal skills. Maybe we should vendor this agency out

NEGATIVE on trying to reach post offices by telephone for a specific issue not on the recording. Keep trying to get Camp Hill, PA post office and instead get a fax tone. Tried the toll-free number but they only have the fax number to give out and they are not aware it is a fax only phone number. Ridiculous when a person cannot ask a Post Master about a question regarding the ADA Regulations!!!

Friendly staff, quick service and knowledgeable. Noticed they work as a team and could use more support.

I've never felt so humiliated after leaving. I asked for help and am given attitude and "why doesn't this make sense to you". This post office in particular should be ENTIRELY restaffed.

Never use USPS Mail Forwarding! Once started it can't be stopped even after multiple in person visits.
