A huge thank you for everyone’s efforts. A critical medical item was tracked to our Coopersburg Post Office. It was sitting unsorted on Monday, President’s holiday. Which meant it was amongst 10,000+ pieces of mail accumulated through the weekend and the holiday. I called relatively early and requested that they pull the parcel. It was not an easy task and they prepared me for the possibility of the item still ending up in the carrier’s vehicle. I was called by 10:30 to tell me the parcel was at the front desk. With enormous relief I picked it up and drove it to the facility. Our family says thank you to everyone involved. Coopersburg tried and they were successful. It took extra work to make this happen. The situation was very urgent and the C Team stepped up. Again, thank you.

I ordered a package Priority Mail - Insured and Tracked. It was delivered to 21 South 9th St instead of 21 North 7th St. !!! I assume the delivery person has a "problem"? Thanks to an honest neighbor; my package finally arrived.
