There are not enough outside mailboxes or drops. There are 2 mailboxes on west broad st near center. Non on Station road or Main Street. Could one be placed near the middle school? I had the same problem at the post office overfilled outside box and didn’t know Lobby was open so I ran al around town to find a box. There wasn’t even one at the police station Richlandtown!

We used to have mail delivered for 2-3 years between.10:00am - 12:30pm (pre/covid) and then it went to 3:30pm-5:30pm for 2 years (covid) and now we aren’t getting mail until after 7:30pm - i’m sorry but that is unexceptable. If i am waiting on a package to take with me on a trip and can’t leave until the package arrives - i have to waste AN ENTIRE DAY and loss of time with family just b/c the mail can’t be delivered during normal business hours. I HAVE NEVER HEARD of. such a thing and I used to live in NYC for years. I am so mad I don’t know what to do. - Neighborhood - Oak Knoll.

i attempted to use the box outside the Quakertown Post Office at 6:10pm this evening, 11/16/2023. My mail would not drop in. I quickly realized that box is overflowing with mail like it had not been checked for days on end. A letter even fell off the pile at the opening. I drove away and placed my letter inside the post office. Someone needs to empty that box immediately!

Lost a package in December, no follow up, no email, no call. Used to get mail between 10am -1pm religiously for 9 years and now we don't get mail until after 5:30pm. What if I need to reach someone regarding a package that should have came in the mail? By the time my mail arrives - Your post office is already closed. What the hell is going on?

My package was stolen because, although I had my mail on hold for vacation, you delivered it to my front porch anyway where it sat in plain sight. I tried to file a claim and it was denied, this costs me about 140 dollars. It was your negligence. On top of that apparently my mail delivery has not resumed- I came in and asked for it to be restored but have not seen any mail since I came in on Monday the 27th. Very very very poor service

I dont know what's going on, but I've been trying to call there for the past 30 minutes and it is just continuously ringing and ringing and ringing. I need to find out if my mail is being held there because there was a discrepancy with the person who is in charge of putting our mail in the boxes. Can someone email me or something? It's quite important to me. Thank you.

I put in a change of address on August 19, confirmation # 2023-2900-0007-8510. I am not getting all of my mail. One piece of mail had an address change sticker on it over another address change sticker with a date three days later.

I recently sent a letter with 2 paper airplanes and 2 written notes (I know it sounds silly). However, when the receiver opened the envelope both airplanes were mysteriously removed and the envelope had obviously been opened prior to getting to the recipient.

I mailed two payments this month (March 2019.) One took 14 days to get to Florida which gave me a late fee of $25. The other payment to Churchville, PA took 15 days and arrived with staples since it had been opened. The business was quite courteous, so no late fee. Service from Quakertown is disastrous.

I keep getting mail from Roundhouse Rd. I put things back in my box and write delivered wrong. I'm missing things. They're probably delivered to Roundhouse Rd. not Stony Garden Rd. Today I got a letter where the people circled my address. Can't the mail person read!

This is probably the most inefficient post office that I have ever experienced in the state of Pennsylvania. I have lived in numerous locations across the state and no where have I seen such poor service and insensitive postal workers. We actually received a printed message from our carrier telling us how 'it's going to be' over the holiday season regarding the delivery of mail. Then, I have an important document returned to sender (out of the country) despite a hold that we placed on our mail because we were away over the holidays. When asked about this, the clerk said 'you weren't home so we returned the mail'...with no apology or concern. Pathetic service.

I have been receiving mail for an occupant who moved two and a half months ago. I spoke with him and he claims he changed his address. Now he goes into my mailbox and retrieves his mail. Once in a while he misses it which happened on Sat 7/15/17 and I had to take it back down to him. I called the Post Office and they said there is nothing they can do, they said send it back. I tried that with an advertisement and he found it and took one of mine ripped it open, wrote return to sender and stuck it back in my mailbox. The only thing left for me to do now is open a PO Box. This is a good incentive for me to pay and receive all my bills on line and specify Fed Ex or UPS for package deliveries. No one needs this kind of service. I know his mail is still coming here as I have signed up for "informed delivery".

Hello, I received a package today, Sunday April 30, at 10:15, and it is 1 of 2 boxes. I am seeking the other box. The postman had some questions about another Kevin McGovern in area and hoping that I receive my other package. Thank you, Keven McGovern 2445 E Swamp Rd Quakertown,PA 18951

I have been waiting for two different packages for over 6 days. I received notification that the carrier "attempted to deliver" and a notice was left, but actually there was no notice left. I have no idea where my packages are and I have been calling the post office in Qtown with a busy signal. I need some answers!

On Sunday 3/19/2017 I had 2 packages delivered. The carrier backed into my dry driveway off of Park Ave in Quakertown with chains on his vehicle. When he cut his tires he went part way into my yard. I have a video of this. The driveway looks okay, but you can see where the chains were. If it had been damaged we would be in court.

I've been tracking 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered to me on Friday I got the notification that they were sorted and at 10:30 am they were out for delivery. When the mail came there was only one package. So I called answer was told my mail carrier most have missed it,i will get it later or the next day. I never got it so saturday I called and they said it wasn't in the building it was on the truck she must have missed it when she came around and she would probably bring when she's finished the street. But it's now Sunday and I never got my package I paid so I would have it in two days, now No one knows where its at? This is ridiculous! I paid $70 for the things in that box I'm pissed. I better get some answers on Monday I swear to god.

We did not receive our mail or had our mail picked up on 10-1-2016. I spoke to Matt at the Quakertown Post Office. He was not helpful at all. He said we would have our mail by 5:00pm. We are running a business and depend on regular mail service.
