Postal Locations

They don't come into businesses and pick up the mail. They will throw the mail in the door or leave it outside. THEY SUCK. If i could leave negative zero's I would!! THEY SUCK

I have not gotten mail for two weeks after a change of address. No one answers the phone.

Trying to speak to Postmaster at Collegeville Over an hour trying to call the 610-489-9340 number given to Me at Douglassville PO Post office menu not have prompt to speak o person!! I have an issue given to the Postmaster on 7/15th .. where I sent a letter certified restricted signature..: Douglassville PO gave to Collegeville Post Master! sometimes UPS will deliver a package to Collegeville post office even though the address says Creamery post office with the Creamery zip code. This has happened to me twice so far although I have friends who have had this happen more often. When you track these deliveries, it stops at Collegeville post office. Regardless of what it says there is no further tracking info. Does it get sent to the proper post office indicated by the address or zip code?????? Does it get sent back to the sender??????? No one knows what happens. The item just vanishes. Why is that??????
