i live in arrive at valley forge. we have had numerous incidents with the mail either not delivered or gone missing. there is a mail room on the ground floor of each building which the mail carrier can open all at once to load the mail. I noticed that the mail carrier had delivered the mail and never shut the master mailboxes and left all residents mailboxes wide open overnight. free game for anyone to grab someone's mail or packages. Unacceptable

On May 17 at 3 PM before I got to the counter at this P.O., I observed that the counter employee [a tall older white man], was annoyed with the previous customer. He was also very curt when telling customers that they had to wait outside, as the max # of customer of 8 were in the building. When I approached the counter., he was very, very irritated that I had questions. At one point he said 'I told you three times' . I'm thinking that even if he was frustrated with a customer, he should know how to handle the situation without displaying irritation with the customer. I say this as an employee that works as a store cashier. I think that on some level he know that his response to me was inappropriate, because when I mistakenly gave only 0.65 cents when the charge was 0.75 cents; he just let me go without paying the extra 0.10 cents. I only hope that the card I mailed will reach my friend. Previously I've had nothing but professional, polite service at this location.
