I have just moved into this area and recently my husband and I have issues with someone in the post office delivering our mail to the wrong addresses. It seems that over the last two weeks that our mail has been Intercepted and/or tampered with too. Started with our utility bill a few weeks ago. Someone states they mistakenly opened it and put it in our mailbox of course with an apology. Problem is that they turned it over to us about 2-3 days before it was due and admitted that they opened it. Wonder how long they had this utility bill before they realized that it was not their bill. Not a problem though and do appreciate their honesty. 2nd incident: received mail from the City of Philadelphia Voting Commissioner's office the entire envelope was ripped open? This I see as a problem because my personal information was listed. I am very concerned because of so much identity theft going on. Third incident one of our neighbors just recently brought a package of my husband's medication that came through the mail to us tonight and said he opened in error...never checked the name nor the address? Just opened it. Who does that???? Why is our mail being delivered to the wrong addresses?? Our address is written plain as day on our house. This sounds like a Carrier problem, management problem? etc. What gives??

I’ve send a box from our APO AE in Europe Clifton heights . Tracking number 9405509205568889064087 This specific box was not delivered yet it states it was dropped off at mailbox which is impossible because the mailbox is behind closed/ locked doors. It has sensitiv items for school inside . Can you research where my box is, and who the mail carrier was that day ? Thank you

The post office has a package of mine that they are refusing to deliver for no reason. Extremely hard to get through to anyone for help. They should be compensating me for the loss.

This post office is a piece of shit. The website clearly states that passport acceptance hours are 8:30am- 1:30pm, but this the employees who work here feel entitled enough to change the schedule to whatever they feel like. Either this website is wrong or somebody should take a good look at how this post office operates.
