Postal Locations

Mail delivery was awful last year. My mail was shoved in my neighbors boxes. They were delivering mail that your employee were not. Three different addresses shoved in one box. It’s sheer laziness. My mail slot is in my front door so they have to walk up a few steps. My tax bill was delivered to my neighbor and they were away for the winter. I had to pay a penalty because it was late. To the tune of $250.00. I believe the post office should reimburse me and put me and the neighbors on the payroll since I was delivering mail to the correct address. What is so difficult about reading an address and delivery it to that address. Fortunately that situation became better when a new postal delivery person was on the route. Until this last week!!!!! Another fill in person. My mail went to a neighbor. Today I watch as the truck pulled up and delivered mail to my neighbors and drove right by my house. I ask him if I had mail and he looked annoyed and went back to his truck and gave me two pieces of mail. Again sheer laziness! He didn’t want to get out of his truck and walk up the steps. Poor thing. His name is Michael. This happened on 4/30/2024. I’m so sick of the attitude and poor service. Please I hope my regular woman postal service is back soon.

I recently was very ill and had to spend two weeks in the hospital. I have several issues with my delivery person. On one occasion she removed all my mail and returned it to the post office just so she could force a package into the mailbox. There is a place in our lobby for packages. What she did was wrong! She took all my mail back to the post office and it was never returned to me. I am very upset over this, there is probably mail in there that I need. I am waiting for info on my Health Insurance and really needed the mail. My feeling is that this was all done on purpose and am very saddened by this. One thing I always depended on was destroyed. I am at home now and expect all my mail be returned to me as soon as possible!

My tax bill and other bills were put in my mailbox to be mailed today. The mailman put mail in my box and left the envelopes I wanted mailed out. This happens quite a few times a year! This is not helping your public image

Poor delivery services . Received a package ordered from Amazon , package was damaged , but items were still in package Waiting on another package , supposedly tried to deliver . Clarks Summit, PA ) Straight out lie , my car was parked across street from my home . Too many issues with post office .

No mail has been delivered to my address, 1759 Newton-Ransom Blvd, Clarks Summit, PA, since Saturday, December 10, 2022. All bills to this address, including electric, are stuck somewhere. Please advise.

My mail delivery has been perfect! Postmen, please be careful when leaving your vehicle in this area though. There have been numerous incidents of near dog bites. Please call the dog warden to prevent future incidents

Our mail used to be spot on time . Since January 1 st a few times a week we are getting no mail and other days it's coming super late. My bills that I do by mail are all getting out late. This is extremely frustrating. Very sad what our work world has come to this. 🥲

I was expecting a package today. It states that it was undeliverable, yet I got mail today! What is the problem with the mail carrier delivering packages?

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL FOR 4 DAYS IN A ROW AT 10 HUNTER LANE DUE TO QUOTE "ROAD CONDITIONS" I AM LIVING HERE FOR 40 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING CLOSE TO THIS HAPPEN!! OUR LONG TIME MIDDLE AGED BLONDE WOMAN WITH HER HAIR PULLED BACK WAS A WARRIOR--NOTHING STOPPED HER!! MY ASSUMPTION IS THAT SHE MUST HAVE RETIRED. THE POSTAL SYSTEM IS UNDER SUCH NEGATIVE SCRUTINY STUFF LIKE THIS ONLY ADDS TO IT. SUCH AS OUR LOCAL MAIL GOING TO LEHIGH VALLEY AND THEN COMING BACK HERE. THE POSTAL SYSTEM MUST HAVE A LOT OF LOGISTICAL GENIUSES ! ONE PIECE OF ADVISE TO YOUR PERSONNEL ANALYST AND JOB INTERVIEWERS. "JUST BECAUSE AN INDIVIDUAL HAS A DRIVER'S LICENSE DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY ARE A GOOD AND TRUSTED DRIVER" WHOEVER OUR DELIVERY PERSON IS CURRENTLY WOULD BE A DISGRACE AND FIRED BY THEIR ANCESTORS WHO RISKED THEIR LIVES DELIVERING MAIL BY "PONY EXPRESS" I AM REQUESTING A CHANGE IN MY DELIVERY DRIVER--MAIL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND THE LACK OF EFFICIENCY IMPACTS MY LIFE!! Ransom mail delivery is horrible anymore. Not receiving mail I should be and getting other peoples mail. Not sure what is going on. Can I get a job there I can read and open mail boxes..

Our mail service in Ransom is so bad. I asked on Facebook if anyone else in Ransom is having problems with their mail. What a response. So many responded how bad it is. Mail going to other mailboxes over and over again. People then having to deliver it to the rightful owner. A check was never delivered in November and I finally got a replacement check this week. I have never seen it this bad! That’s why people do not use usps anymore than they have to.
