Mailman claims my neighbors dog attacked him, that is a lie! Dog is a year old , always friendly, wants attention, barks ,but has never bitten, lives in housefor a year and wants to kiss and be friends with everyone. I have hospice nurses coming five days a week and all love this big puppy, but I can’t get my mail because a giant man is scared of a barking dog, man is not only a liar he is a coward and lazy

I entered US post office on N. Main Ave. in Scranton five minutes before they posted closing time. The attendant said she was closed, when I pointed out it was well before the posted closing time, rudely refused to serve me because she presumed it would take too long. I had a simple package to mail. The stated hours are for customers to arrive. The US Postal office provide services. This location is neither friendly, efficient, nor provides basic services.
