We send stuff out of this post office all the time. The employees are so friendly, so nice, and so helpful. They show interest in our business and wish us well.


Hi, I just called a couple of minutes and truly had one of the worst experiences with customer service. I’ve actually worked in customer service for the past 6 years so I understand that it can get crazy busy but there is truly no excuse to talk to someone the way Yugley Scott spoke to me. I called on 3/22 at 2:30. He answered and asked how he could help and he when I took a little time he was very rude and basically told me to spit it out because he has a line. I told him I had a package that was shown it had been delivered but I have not received it yet. I explained I am a college student and he immediately said that no package would be in the office. I have already checked with the college and they don’t have any package for me. When I asked if I could read the tracking number over the phone to him to see if it was there he said no. He said that it would take 5 min and he has a line of customers and I’d have to come in and check. I understand that he was busy but it is not that hard to be polite to people.


Extremely rude employees. I've never had a nice encounter with any of them.
