I want to say that the postal employees at the Tualatin post office are efficient, courteous and went above and beyond for me yesterday. I also live and work in Tualatin and have exceptional service. Thank you for all your hard work!

This is the absolute WORST post office I have ever encountered in my life! We have a business located in Tualatin and must rely on the mail to be delivered correctly and promptly, yet this post office continually fails to deliver our mail, sometimes saying we've vacated the premises or that there's a new resident?!? without us saying anything to that effect! One of my colleagues is still waiting for $6000 in payment that was sent TWICE in December of last year, yet neither time was it delivered!! Again, they recently canceled our mail while we were on vacation, and said that they'd wait 10 days before returning it - they clearly did not wait 10 days because we weren't gone for 10 days before we returned and saw that there was no mail and that they put a slip in the mailbox saying the office was vacant or a new resident was there. They were supposed to leave a form for us to fill out to get it reinstated, but they didn't, and they clearly returned the mail to sender - some of which were paychecks and going back to large insurance companies where they get lost or take months to be re-instated and sent back! So we're going through another crisis that absolutely did NOT need to happen! Now we're changing all our mailing addresses to our home addresses since this is absolutely untenable - but it is ALSO completely irresponsible of the US Post office!! I will be filing official complaints to our government and elected officials!!

How am I supposed to pick up a package today, that requires a signature, when bot Sherwood and Tualatin are closed? I went yesterday, and they said I had to come back today.

I live in the Alden Apartments on SW Sagert St. In the past few months I’ve had 3 ‘delivered’ packages not make it in our mailbox. The first one was personally delivered to me by the neighbor who received it, the second one I never saw, and yesterday it happened again. I’m hoping a kind neighbor will realize the error and bring it to me - it’s jewelry, so I’m pretty upset.

I've been using the Tualatin Post Office since 1985 and they do fine by me. They handle my mail, deliver my mail, take care of my Post Box I maintain there in addition to my home address. They are courteous and efficient. Sometimes I think they are over-worked, but they do a fine job as far as I can see.

I'm not receiving urgent mail, like invoices, statementts, and regular mail. Post person puts mail in incorrect boxes or it's being returnedThis has been going on for years. Now it is in urgent mode. I lived at my address for over a decade.

I need to know if a package in my name is sitting there. It was to be delivered to Vancouver, WA not Tualitin. The tracking says it's there.

Attemped delivery outside business hours on the weekend was very inconvenient. Impossible to get it redelivered and the item can't be collected.

I had a key left in my locking mailbox here at my apartment complex. When I attempted to open the corresponding box (10P) it would not open nor could I get the key out again or move it in any way. I stopped as I was afraid I would break the key off in the lock. When I tried to call the Post Office for help It just rang and rang. I tried for over an hour and no one could be bothered to answer the phone.

What a good difference in service from reeeeeally poor service just about a year and 1/2 ago! Postal workers are pleasant and welcoming. Elizabeth and Marea are always willing to offer a smile and hello. The desk staff seems to be in sync and it's now a pleasurable experience to go to Tualatin Post Office.

I received a note in my mailbox not to park 15 feet on each side of the Mail box. I have lived in the same house for 20 years, and now this becomes an issue? Looking up the regulations it says 10 feet on each side not 15 feet.

I just spoke to two employees from the Tualatin PO because some idiot hit our mailbox, knocking it off its post. Because it was on the ground, mail could not be delivered. The two employees who helped me were very kind and efficient and tried very hard to do what they could to help. Why there are still 2 to 3-year-old complaints is beyond me -- we've had good service for a long time.

This post office has delivered our mail repeatedly to the wrong address! We have locking boxes with only 7 other addresses. But they can never seem to put the mail in the right box!! We spend time on our weekend to get our neighbors mail to them..unfortunately the same does not always happen for us. We have not received ATM and credit cards that were mailed to us! And who knows what else. I have tried calling the post office several times, THEY DO NOT ANSWER! I SWEAR,YOU HAVE TO BE UNCARING AND STUPID to work for this post office.

Sun. evening I put an outgoing piece of mail in my mail box. This evening Tues. at 7:30 p.m. the mail was still in my mail box. We have a substitute carrier who obviously is incapable of doing a decent job of delivering mail or taking outgoing mail for processing. In addition last week a piece of mail I was expecting never arrived. When I asked the carrier about it on Thurs. of last week her response was a grin, a giggle and "I don't know anything about that". I left a message on the phone for the mail delivery supervisor last Fri. and not surprisingly, haven't heard a word from her. Does anyone there care that they are doing a really bad job of being a postal carrier. Answer - NO they don't care and it shows.

Worst Postal Sevice Ever!!! Has anyone investigated this location? Would be netter that they were closed and mail came from further location. My mail tracking number always says items have been delivered ans i never receive them. Either the idiots can't read numbers and letters or they are stealing mail. This is unacceptable.

Worst post office ever. Over this Washington's Birthday weekend, seems they just decided to take 4 days off instead of one. No mail delivered on Friday, and no mail on Saturday, but the office is only supposed to be closed on the Monday following the weekend. I'm guessing a lot of them simply decided to call in sick or... whatever. I'm sick of these people making a mockery of what was once a great program.

I am trying to get medicine delivered. It was a box so did not fit in my mailbox. I had a slip with no info from the carrier so I wasn't able to do delivery choices online. I filled out slip 2 days ago & still no package. We are out of medicine. Tried to call Tualatin PO a couple of times & it rang&rang. No answer. HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGE?? I don't understand how the postal service can be so incompetent with no way to communicate with them.

I live in the Sandalwood Condo's, corner SW Sagert and SW Martinazzi. Our mail is delivered no earlier than 5 PM and usually around 6 PM, and not just during busy holiday times. When the regular mail carrier is not working and a substitute carrier delivers the mail, it arrives by 2 PM or earlier. Why would a carrier not as familiar with the route be able to deliver the mail earlier than the regular one? Yesterday, Monday, December 26, we did not receive ANY mail deliveries in this complex of 70 residents. I just checked again today on the 27th, at 3:35 PM and still no mail.

I am very frustrated. I tried to use the automated package scale at the Tualatin Post office, It took my money, gave me a receipt, but no stamp! When I returned later when there were employees there they said the machine was fine, yes sometimes the stamp gets held up near the top of the drop spot, but there was nothing they could do to replace the stamp. I would need to stand in line AGAIN and buy new postage. This is wrong!! I tried to call the postmaster to confirm that this is the policy, but there was no answer.

Mail is frequently delivered to my neighbor even though both of our mailboxes and drives are clearly marked. When I call the Tualatin office to let them know about it the phone just rings and rings. Ever heard of voicemail? When Sherwood was doing it we had excellent service.

I worked with an Asian American woman named Elizabeth, and received some of the most racist treatment I have ever faced in my life.I was mailing out a Mothers Day Card for my mom on the east coast. I am Hispanic, of Puerto Rican heritage. As I handed the envelope to Elizabeth, she scoffed with a rude attitude and said "What is this? a MEXICAN envelope?" it was a pink envelope with a card inside, and she just looked at it again and again, saying "Is this mexican?" and I said "What? I don't even know what you mean by that". She just kept asking if it is mexican, and I said no, and then she said "What's inside?, its not a regular envelope", and before I could even answer that it was just a mothers day card, she weighed it and said Its 94 cents. Then I went ahead to pay with my credit card and she was like "Its not signed, show me your id", I told her it was in the car and I was willing to go grab it, and she rolled her eyes and then proceeded to scold me about how my jet blue credit card should be signed.I just want to say I work for a high end company, I was on my lunch break and she treated me like such racist crap that I was completely floored. I will never be treated this way again, and I expect a follow up from your office or I will continue reaching out unto higher ups.

What they did to you is wrong, and I'm so very sorry this happened, especially saying this as a white person who grew up in PR. This post office is truly horrible, and has been for a good while. Worst I have ever seen. I'm amazed they get away with all their rudeness and bad service.

Monday I received three magazines that I reported missing. Where do you think a tabloid could be when it is sent for delivery at the correct time. This has only been happening since the last year when you replaced my regular delivery lady with a truly rude and abrupt blonde woman. whose route is 97062 Tualatin oregon

I hav been in this neighborhood since 2009 and until the past year there was perfect service. The new delivery woman is a disaster. I get wrong packages and a postal box stuffed with small parcels and mail to the point of tearing the mail to get it out when there is an open package box doing nothing. Is it any wonder why the post offices are in the red with service like this?

I understand that this s the busiest time of the year at the post office. When I arrived at the post office this morning there were 2 of 4 windows open. Both windows had a customer at it that each took nearly 20 minutes to assist. Now this would have been fine, except there was a gal who came out from the back 2 or 3 times and went to one of the unopen windows, did a few things and went to the back. It is not good customer service to follow this practice. She should have and could have opened a window for 10 minutes and helped people in line. Once those two customers were gone the line moved very fast and smooth. The employees at the open windows were very nice and helpful. But something should be done about helping each other and the customers out.
