For the 2nd time I have found employees not willing to work with customers only at this Hollywood branch, other branches have always been very personable. I ask the female that was the only one working at noon on December 22, 2025 to weigh my package so I could make it a small package instead of a large package which is a difference of $19.00. Instead of helping me she insisted that prices are higher for holidays and didn't seem to have knowledge of the services available and she couldn't do anything about it. I had an unsealed package and all I was asking was that she weigh it so I could make sure it was under the price difference of 2 lbs or I would take some weight out.
I said I had looked on the USPS site but she insisted she knew better and I should have seen something that said it would be more on the holiday. This was not even the issue, it was weight. I had pre - looked it up before coming.
When I went back up to desk with the package smaller, she was very negative to me. I have done this to get the small package rate for a long time. At other branches they have been very "nice" and even help me to get it done.
I tried to talk to her nicely but she had a very negative attitude until I left.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at this branch. Much more of a positive experience at other locations in town.
Thank you for leaving my Costco order on my front porch on 7/25.
If my porch was safe on Monday, why is it not safe on 7/27? I received a USPS text giving me the option to request redelivery on 7/28...but you were going to charge me!!!
I qualified for Costco's free delivery...I don't need to sign for this...my front porch will be fine!!!

According to tracking my meds were supposed to be delivered on 12/20 but they're not in my box. The second time in three months. Really needed them I'm out.
25th street no access phone /Hollywood PO Eternal busy signal...also #no longer in service/800 #no service wait time 30 to 40 minutes. All we need is to tell someone our keys will no longer open the lockbox!!!
USPS provides absolutely no service !! they ask if at the end of a 30 minute call wait to speak to a person if we will answer a survey! You got to be joking!!! Clarence
