It good. Postal continuously delivers wrong mail to wrong address. The latest stunt was returning a certified mail because we moved and left no forwarding address or there is no such number. We have lived in the same house and same address for 37 years . That being said it is yet another mistake by this station.

The entire 4 years I've been living at Hazel Heights my mail is on a regular basis put in the wrong box. Less than 2 weeks ago I filed a complaint bc of a missing package. The next package I got was sent back to the sender..with no notification to me on an attempt to deliver..or anything. I was informed of.nothing. discrimination due to my living location, due to life circumstances..has cost me more money from the post office errors.than I pay for laundry. I don't know of anywhere else that has the amount of mistakes and putting the wrong mail in the wrong box...and trust me..I've been asking. A.class action law suit needs to be started against you guys. This is beyond ridiculous, and a severe lack of oversight..or care on the post offices end.

My mail, hasn’t been delivered in over 1-week. I don’t drive. I get a email, saying that my mailbox was damaged, so I have to goto this location. That is a lie, I live in a trailer park. The mailboxes aren’t damaged, they are in working order, the driver is lazy, & doesn’t want to deliver the mail.

Legiot 0 stars for this post office. I sent a package that for some reason got re routed to the post office. It looks like someone picked it up who was not me and now my package is gone. Do y'all check ID at all? There's no reason my package should say "picked up at postal facility" when I didn't pick anything up. If my package was taken from your location I expect USPS to fully compensate me for my lost package. And y'all don't even have the decency to answer that dang phones. Just embarrassing servicel

I live in zip code 97233, I understand why my mail person did not deliver the mail on Friday the 23rd, we had all that ice it was truly treacherous. But I am at a complete loss as to why he/she did not deliver on Saturday the 24th, I saw other mail personal delivering on that day, but no, not mine. I'm not really surprised, my person literally doesn't get our mail to us until 7PM every night, I never had a mail person deliver that late tell I moved here, it's ridiculous. To make matters worse there off on Monday the 26th, it's just perfect. Please let me know when you can get mail to me at YOU'RE CONVENIENCE of course.!!!!!

I didn 't get mail for over a week. .Went to the office on 122 nd, waited for 45 miniutes for a supervisor which never came out to talk with me. I left my name and number, never a call back. Now my mail is spotty. I sent an email to USPS, and got a call right away but said it was the problem was with Parkrose USPS Previously they mailed a credit card bill to a different address. Whoever got it, blew through the credit line twice, even went over the limit. Luckily I wasn't charged for this, but I did have to freeze all my accounts. Lastly they sent me a pink notice saying I had something to pick up, I went to pick it up and they couldn't find it. They told me to come back at a later date, which I did, and they still couldn't find it. It finally showed up in mail about 6 months later. A birthday card I sent with a $50 check, which I had to put a stop payment on 5 months previous because the person never got their card. Those are my 3 stories from this past year. Frustrating indeed.

I have a complaint for 97233, Saturday a substitute mail man crammed a box in our mailbox, barely could get it out, now my mailbox is almost off its post, I will have to reattach it! Our regular mail lady always puts package on our porch. I am 78 years old and caregiver for my husband, cant believe this man could not get off his ass and put the package on our porch!

Totally disgusted with mail being delivered every day at 6 p.m. or later. It's dark out. I'm near 90 years old and have to take a flashlight and be very careful walking to the box. Tonight the mail was soggy. One envelope was only a partial way into the box. I pulled down the top and 3 more envelopes there slid onto the very wet pavement . Sloppy sloppy delivery. One was regarding my Medicare Advantage Plan. Not good when not placed properly in the box.

I am a apartment manager, the residents have not been receiving mail. Or the mail is delivered to the wrong unit number. The carrier has stolen packages and mail from the residents. Some of the residents have paid and ordered new keys, the keys still have not been delivered, 2 months ago. I can not get a hold of the Post Master and need to be contacted immediately.

On August 6, 2020, I completed the "Official Mail Forwarding Change of Address." The change is temporary, however the postal person has not and does not forward our mail. A few weeks ago we received a pink card indicating that our home was "vacant" which is not an accurate or true statement. We constantly have trouble with the postal person delivering our mail. I don't know if the postal person is incompetent or simply failing to do his or her job, but failure to forward our mail has caused missing mail and late fees.

Horrible dishonest uncaring people at Parkrose Post office. I shipped a high value package via Registered mail from next door Wa. State to a Portland address on Oct 29th 2020. Paid $9.20 to priority mail the package and $52.65 insurance. After one failed delivery attempt on Oct 31st, which the package receiver maintains never happened, they will not attempt another delivery nor will they return my package. As of Nov 9th 2020 the Parkrose PO has had my package for 10 days with no intention of delivering it or simple returning it at my many request. Numerous calls and emails to USPS customer service to get them to redeliver or return the shipment and absolutely no response from Parkrose. At this point it’s technically a stolen shipment and by resisting my request to return it they are also showing malicious intent. Never had a problem like this with any Postal delivery. Will be filing an insurance claim for $23 thousand dollars in 5 days and if that doesn’t get results then it’s lawyers, courts and lawsuit to get my property back. I have mounting monetary damages at this point, legal fees etc, not to mention being out 23k and one very angry customer. Give me back my property.

Both counter workers, Jeffery and Barbara, have their masks pulled down under their noses today. Both have the plastic shields pull away so they aren't between them and customers, even when no packages. 99 new covid cases in Multnomah CO today and this is them. Go somewhere else.

Here’s the number to call to report issues with this post office. I’m trying to get medical dismount and have mail brought home to my new mailbox on my house. It’s rediculous. Can’t stand my mailman. He took Certified card off an envelope that had a check in it and put The envelope in my mailbox which I can’t walk out to. Im so mad at this. Call 1-800-275-8777 to complain. Good luck to us all

This is unfortunately my delivery post office and I am very unhappy because they scan deliveries several days before they deliver. When an item then gets misplaced or lost it has a delivery scan and PayPal buyer protection is lost. The postmaster Ryan admits that they scan before delivery but will not help if an item is lost after a delivery scan. This is a nightmare and should be prohibited. A delivery scan should be done at the delivery location and not at a temporary location inside their Parkrose Mail Station facility. Also very frustrating is the arrogance of the postmaster in charge... mistakes do not happen attitude and absolutely no help for mistakes that happen inside their location. I lost 3 items with that stupid delivery scan done on a Sunday where our office is closed. Two days later the package had a delivery scan and was lost or stolen at that location. A confirmation required that it got misplaced on USPS letterhead to get Paypal compensation denied by Ryan (Postmaster) .. stay away from that post office if you can avoid it.

This post office is HORRIBLE. We don't get our mail some days, If we do, it's after 5pm. This is a business in an industrial area. How is it acceptable to not have someone on this route? A permanent one? They will mark packages as delivered and then the package won't show up for another 2 weeks. Again, we are a business and businesses rely on mail to keep the business afloat. Something needs to be done and we need to receive our mail at a decent time consistently. It's hurting businesses. AND most of our stuff ends up down the street at another business. This is completely unprofessional. We want resolution to this ASAP. I've tried calling, I've tried reporting it and nothing ever gets done about it. THIS IS A BUSINESS! Figure it out.

ZERO STARS. Package received in parkrose PO on Oct. 5, 2019 to be delivered to another Portland address for Oct. 7, 2019 never received. Filed 2 complaints on tracking and NOBODY has responded. As with all govt. jobs, get paid and who cares not the Parkrose PO. Should be noted that they did ask for a customer service survey to be completed.

Left a stop mail post card, stating I would pick up mail after my trip. Went in to collect mail, which was not there. Supervisor stated, “the carrier might have it, but can’t reach him”. Great. So where IS my mail? This is so typical of this particular post office. If the price of stamps increases, will that help?!

Normally pretty good but the last few weeks the Parkrose USPS are not delivering to the right address. My mail is going a few streets down. I am getting other peoples mail. You have a dashboard email that is great unless something is wrong and I need to let you know it went to the wrong address. The workers you have work hard but this should not be an issue as it is federal. Also if I try to call it rings and rings 15 times and hangs up on you. No one has ever answered the phone. Now I have this to write and I have to go to the office to complain about it. This is super crappy.
