To Whom it May Concern, I want to bring this to your immediate attention concerning your parking situation at this facility. I’ve had 2 collisions already in your parking lot, which I was never at fault. It is so busy and packed with YOUR work vehicles that there’s hardly any parking for your customers. Now there’s the Chase bank there, makes it worse! Traffic Jam is absolutely terrible! Very Concerned!

The passport employees at this facility seem incompetent. They turned us away, insisting that a passport was not valid ID for a passport renewal. Let that sink in. And seriously, don't try to call that office. On top of it, they were super-grouchy and bitter humans, which can usually be tolerated provided there is some business acumen and ability to perform the basics of a job. Which they were unable to do. Viva la tax dollars.

I have had nothing but ongoing problems with delivery of packages, packages that I have not received and /or had hassles getting delivered or they were returned to sender. Most of these "attempted" deliveries were on Wednesdays. I understand that is the day off of our regular mail person. This latest one was a gift for my son for CHRISTMAS!!!! Apparently the stand-in mailman says he/she has left notification as I wasn't home...I'm almost always home! No little yellow slips were left or if they were I went to my post office and no one can find the packages. What's going on? Please advise as I'm really disturbed. Is the temp mailman qualified? I've never in my 80 years had this problem!!! Pls Advise.

Pick a deliverer. Please, you have the third worker in two years in this Cherry Park neighborhood. I get important estate papers and I consistently get new workers delivering the wrong mail. Often, my box is empty when I get tons of letters. Is it possible to keep the same worker and not transfer them once they become proficient at delivery? What a Nightmare!
