I was accessing my P.O. box today, when through the open slot I could hear extremely rude comments being made by the staff . As I exited, I observed that there was a grey haired, heavy set woman and an Asian man working the counter, both with hateful looks on their faces, and in my direction. Normally, the other staff members I have experienced are quite professional at this location. Whatever the problem is, and whatever the backroom conversations are, it needs to stop.
