Why is there no option to speak with a live customer care person?? I have a medical condition and cannot go through the automated Robo, when it is not helpful to my needs.. I can wait for a return call, or wait my time on the line.. BUT TO BE HUNG UP ON BECAUSE YOU PUT THE NUMBERS IN TO SLOW.. GIVE ME A BREAK. WASTED MONEY ON YOUR ACCOUNT.. AND LEAVES A BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH.. OUR TAX MONEY AT WORK.
