I called my office 5 times, each time put on hold then disconnected. So, I called 800 number. Being told waiting time is over 60 minutes. How do I get help? My zip code was changed years ago and ever since every time I put zip in as 97003, city comes up as Beaverton, Oregon. I live in Aloha, Oregon. My bank has to match online banking business so vendors putting Beaverton rather than Aloha I can not do business with. I’ve put up with this for about 5 years. It is getting too often now. Why can’t Aloha have a zip for Aloha!!! Make sense??

Constantly receiving other peoples mail, packages and medication! Again for the 10th time the key for my package has been put is somebody else’s locking mail box, so they now have my package, and I don’t have the key. This happens weekly and we have a multiple box mail box for a townhouse. Worst mail delivery service.

✩✩✩✩✩ Seeing a tracking number on my USPS Informed Delivery list, I assumed that a package was coming. It didn't come but the site said "Delivered" so I called Aloha PO and got Becky. She was GREAT! She got my information and searched all over the PO before discovering that the number was for a Certified Mail 'green card' which I HAD received but took no notice of. Apparently, when sending a Certified item, the returning receipt has its own tracking number. When she called back (called back!), I felt a bit embarrassed that I had made her run all over the office for my own mistake but she was one of the most pleasant people I have spoken with for awhile and she said she was happy to help me and she was glad it wasn't a missing package. Thank you, Becky. You made my day.

William, you just made my day and I'm not Becky. It's so rare these days to hear anyone give a compliment, it made me happy. Thank you.

The worst postal service I have every encountered. There are two reasons: They rarely pick up your mail and there is a good chance you are receiving mail which is not yours.

I would like to be able to tell when some postman/postwoman are coming by my front door pickup package. I have a home security camera that can track who came by delivery or pick up packages from my front door. If the post office staff is not wearing uniform how can I tell he/she works at the post office.
