Wind rain sleet or snow, huh? Apparently not really so much today. I live in a duplex, the mailbox for several houses is in my yard. Somebody is parked in front of it a couple of times, so the mail just does not get delivered. I have no idea who’s car it is, what I do know is that there is plenty of room between that car in the mailbox to deliver the mail. In complete “safety.“ My review? I’m sorry you’ve got a lazy snowflake that can’t get out of their car and walk 3 feet to deliver a person’s mail. Wind rain sleet or snow? What a joke

The lady helping at the front desk was so very slow today due to her “ visiting 10-20 minutes with customers.., visiting.., the other employee was able to help 4 people while she was still visiting with a customer.

Will the mail be resuming today Friday 02/03/2022?

Big Tigg Is an abject disgrace to the postal service. Foul tempered , rude, and discriminatory. He should be fired and escorted off of the premises by armed personnel or mental health workers.

I'm dealing with not receiving any of my mail at all!!!!!!!!!Once a letter was forwarded to me which was shocking I received it finally!! It said I no longer live at that address I moved in July someone else is living there now!! I moved at my location in August & at first I was receiving my mail. But it's being sent to someone that has a post office box. I believe that used to live where I'm @ now!! Which I keep being asked do you have a post office box. I keep telling them NO!!!!!!!!! I don't understand how a mail carrier can be confused when I'm sure this woman doesn't have the same name & it's a different address! It's at a point to where I might have to tell people DO NOT send me anymore mail. What's the point?? I won't receive it!!! I found 3 boxes laying on the ground out for anyone to steal!! I located the owners of these boxes. Where I used to live we would be left a key boxes made for big packages once you opened the box up the key remained in the key hole. So no 1 could steal your packages & you didn't have to go to the post office to pick up your packages. I'm sure with this pandemic moreso recommended that way!! I have no idea what is going on. 1 of my packages got shipped back because of this whose ordeal I'm dealing with!!!! But when you call the sooner post office you can't get ahold of anyone & it hangs up your call! This is so frustrating. It's to the point of do we give up???? If we won't receive our mail anyway!!!!!

I have tried to call the office several times with no one answering the phone. The election board sent out 300 absentee ballots on Sept.14....none of them were delivered. I am one of them. 300 absentee ballots missing sent out and not delivered on the same day is highly suspicious of something wrong going on at the Postal Service. In the middle of the pandemic to have this occur is not acceptable.

This office need new people that care about their jobs and the people that come there and keep them employed. They are not a happy!

I have tried to contact them at least 5 times during business hours and no one ever answers the phone. I have to sit through the long intro message then listen to it ring over and over before it disconnects me because there is no machine. How am I supposed to get in contact when the main US line wait is always over an hour, the local line never gets answered and there is no way to email.

How come we keep getting someone else and none of our own. It seems like twice per week we get someone else mail and none of our own?? It makes us wonder if someone else got ours???

I would give this post office 0/5 stars. They have lost *three* separate important medical documents, and apparently can't even read: They left my order of *live crickets* in the hot metal mailbox instead of on my porch, which killed all of them. Worst post office ever, needs to be investigated.

They lost my package that I sent to someone!!!! Not good.

The post office on Gray in Norman is the worst! They cannot seem to get the mail in the correct PO box! We get other ppl's mail and they get ours. The newest thing... We have a street address as well as a box, the lazy mailman put our street address mail in our PO Box. Someone else at the post office decided it wasn't ours, so it was returned to the sender!!! This was a check and we are nonprofit. How many other checks were returned? If this person had not called us we would never have known. When I called the PO that's what he told me happened. Wow! These people need to be fired.

Jan. 23. I recently had back surgery and still house bound. I am 100% percent disabled vet. I have called my VA office this morning about deliveries that should have been deliver a week or two ago. I must have these medications for health sake. I am really upset to find deliveries were sent but not delivered to my address here in Royal Oak Addition, at 73071. It is absolutely necessary for me to have these meds soon.

Does anyone know what time the mail comes in Norman Oklahoma? I need to give our postman a letter but each time I try to remember, I'm either asleep or at work

Substitute mail person that delivers my mail on Fridays puts it under the mat in the front of my business instead of dismounting and bringing it through the back door. I was told that I have to complain on line so here it is.

I seem to have this issue every year for the past 6 years I recently got married this year and with every tribal check or oil rights check the post office sends it back even though I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a customer care employee and he told me regardless they're going to mail out as long as the address on there is correct which has been for the past 6 years but they keep sending it back, I'm fed up with it. I shouldn't have to go up there every year for every check! I don't understand, they give me all of my other mail; bills, medical bills, commercial, etc...

Trying to find out how late the post office delivers packages. My shipping confirmations says package will be delivered by end of day. It’s 5:35 pm. I’m called post office 800 number and was told I had a 40 minute wait time to be able to speak to a customer service representative. 40 minutes hold is NOT customer service. Typical government bullshit.

The Norman Postal employees are uncommonly helpful and cheerful. What a delight, and at all times of the day and all times of the year, how they continue in the faces of the hurried, bewildered and grumpy is amazing. They are the best.

They NEVER answer the phone! If you're having a problem with your mail, you're out of luck.

The driver does not take my out going mail EVER, she just will look at the flag up and drive past, and I get mail for people on the other side of town not even addressed to me. This has been going on for months, the person is incompetent.

I received 4 packages today that were incorrectly delivered to me at my address. they are addressed to other people at other addressed.
