How much does a post office box cost to rent

Everytime I have a package for delivery it shows out for delivery for a short time then mysteriously my package status is "held for pick up at customer request". I sure would love to know how I did that! Especially when I have zero transportation, small disabled child to wrangle, and absolutely no notifications from USPS! MAYBE OSMOSIS? Ridiculous!

I constantly get mail that is not mine either the wrong home number or correct number but the wrong street, at this rate I am going to expect payment from the USPS since I keep having to deliver the mail to my neighbores. I just hope my neighbors do the same and deliver my mail to me

Feb. 23, 2021 Yesterday (2/22) my mail was delivered to my next door neighbor, (we don't get along anyway, & he said.... "The next time he will just throw my mail away". Today (2/23) mail was delivered to my house (correct house number) but was for the house TWO STREETS over from me. I don't know what the problem is with your Moore Post Office at 73160 but mail delivery is getting worse & worse each day. Many neighbors on this street (Bryant Terrace) say that at least ONCE a week their mail is delivered to the house next door. The mailperson is simply not looking at anything but the house numbers & not paying attention to their job. The local post office needs to have a talk with these people to tell them " TO PAY ATTENTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING" This is getting way out of hand & needs to be addressed. Once can be considered a mistake......More than that is NO EXCUSE!! Larry McClain

I went into the lobby of this post office today at about 1500, there were three people working the counter, all were with a customer and there were 4 or 5 in line. One person closed down and went in the back, the man who was left immediately began to loudly and angerly yell at the remaining female worker about the one that left, over the next 10 minutes he continued his angry rants, threats to call a supervisor and generally unprofessional behavior. When I finally got to the counter, he was still angry and unprofessional so I left and went to a different office. When I left, there were 8 people still left in line. I seldom use the Moore post office because this is not the the first time the workers have acted in an inappropriate way, it was just the worst.

On 5/8/2020 I purchased stamps & mailed a package at Moore P.O. Clerk 15 assisted me. Discovered I didn't have the stamps when I got home. Today (5/9/2020) I received the stamps in the mail. I must have left them on the counter or something and Clerk 15 mailed them to me. Thank you Thank you Thank you

Try getting a human to answer the phone when someone calls that would make it a whole lot better

We are a non-profit business which depends upon reliable mail pick-up and delivery. For 2 days in a row, the mail truck (with a substitute carrier) simply drove through our parking lot and did not stop. I called the local office to complain, and as I expected, excuses were made for the substitute carrier - "maybe he didn't know what door to enter" - to which I responded - "we only have one front door". The nickname for this branch office is the "Moron" (instead of "Moore") post office. Looks like they've earned that nickname.

Postal carrier is awful, won't take mail and after missing a package delivery could not get them to take the slip back for re-delivery. They actually took it out from between letters to leave it in the box! When they finally did take it (on a weekend) I still never received my package. Unlike Fedex who has been fantastic, USPS throws my stuff on the porch (no ringing or knocking) and heads for the hills. Not happy at all.

HORRIBLE location! Russell was the most rude and unhelpful employee I have ever spoken to. I will pay more and go to UPS or FedEx to ship items for my online store because of my expierence with him.

You are in our prayers. I have a sister who is a postal carrier, and I know her heart as well as mine goes out to the postal workers in Moore, Oklahoma. Stay Oklahoma strong, we are in this together. Sincerely, one of your customers. Jean Norton
