I need to file a complaint against the LCF mail lady Miss Left as she has been throwing the inmates mail away. She was caught by the guards on several occasions.i have sent my son several cards and letters over the last 6 mo. And he hasnt received them nor have they come back to me. I order him stuff from Amazon.there are a few inmates stuff being returned to Amazon saying refused and they haven't refused them she did it...please look into this my son said I needed to report it to the post master and call the person in charge of miss Left as..Thank You

First of all, your phone system sucks royally. I just want to file a claim and I can't even talk to anyone. Getting really pissed off. I have called 3 different numbers and still not able to talk to a human. Very angry right now.
