I put mail in the outside box at the post office on 5 th st. And today two days later I had two people call me that they had found one of my checks on the ground. Just the check, not an envelope. I mailed six bills that day.

Hold mail not delivered. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday and still isn't here. Had mail to be picked up in mailbox and the postal person still hasn't picked that up either?

I mailed a pocket calendar to my brother Kevin Glenn at 23141 Co Rd #554 Monday 3-6-2023 in the am in a white envelope. He has not received it, just wondering when will he get it?

I signed up for the mail tracking because they lost a prescription med. The company sent out another prescription, it was to arrive today. I checked the web page and it says "Delivered", but when my wife got the mail, it's not there! She was at home when it he dropped our mail off. Is it standard practice to scan an item and lie that it was delivered? If they lose this package I will be filing a complaint with the Post Master General over it.

Our post man who should be delivering our mail in a timely fashion doesn't deliver mail till 7 or 8 pm and it's a shot in the dark if we even get mail . Haven't seen any of the flyers that should show up as well. I know we live out of town but that's no reason to not get our mail on time or at all. We are not the only ones that haven't been getting our mail out here.

I am sitting in the emergency room, because USPS blatantly refused to deliver a package of medical supplies despite the fact that i paid $35 extra to have the desperately needed catheters over night on a sunday! My home surveillance cameras show (from two angles) that the postal truck pulled up at the end of my driveway right on time, but sat there for 3 minutes 27 seconds before driving away WITHOUT EVER GETTING OUT of USPS vehicle. Never even attempted to deliver the package, before noting the tracking system as "unable to deliver business closed" even though the shipping address is a residence in country club estates sub division and there is nothing but homes on this section of SW Cherokee. Now since i am in my 20th year of multiple sclerosis, i am unable to pass urine on my own and have now been in the ER for 14 hrs because i require a catheter every 4-6 hrs and my medical supplies have been taken back to the post office. It's an outrage! Getting my medical supply deliveries has been a struggle for 3 years now, the first week of every month, like clockwork they continue to FAIL ME!

A big thank you to all our Lawton postal employees for the great service you provide all year. I have always received efficient and friendly service. I have seen rude customers but never an unkind postal employee. Thank you for all you do. You are much appreciated.

You guys just might wanna do paperless on your bills and other mail you have coming in cause the post office down town dont know how to do their job obviously and fix a damn address mix up cause they STILL send your mail to that address after you come in in PERSON and tell them not to and give them the CORRECT ADDRESS like....are you serious? Do not use the Lawton post office passport service. Go to the courthouse to get this done so you don't get the runaround and waste your time.
