Just saw the video of y'all trespassing a customer for no reason other than ignorance and arrogance on the part of the postal employee. I expect better better from public employees.
I have lived in the same spot bldg for a yr and am still getting my neighbors mail even tho the numbers are printed on the front of the boxes for the bldg this is ridiculous I even put my name on my box how hard is it to match a name to an envelope really
Horrible service you don’t get your packages yet get other people’s mail the mail carrier for Newtonfalls road is absolutely horrible you try calling the post office and you can’t get through they are a joke great government officials not all of them should be fired especially the mail carrier for Newtonfalls road worst mail carrier I have ever had now I am missing Christmas gifts for my grandson and my son like I said the mail carrier for Newtonfalls road needs to be fired I get everyone’s mail but mine and forget calling them I will most definitely start using fedex and ups for everything’s I order from now on and I will pay the extra money for the shipping just so I don’t have to deal with that post office because they are absolutely horrible they should be ashamed of themselves to be a government office and to be that pathetic
Post master is worried too much about people filming in the post office instead of taking care of business.

Last three months , mail leaving fla., to ravenna have gone missing for up to 10 days , before getting to its destination.One letter never made it and it was over 50 days later before I got it back and it was opened ! that is federal offense ! That post office should be overhauled , or investigated !!!! And these people want a pay raise !!!!
Because the postmaster wears a thong and doesn't do his job. The guy is a real Karen.

Once again my packages are being left in the lobby by the front door... I'm not trying to be mean, but i payed for my items, i do not want them stolen... i have pictures, i mean why do you even ask for an Apt. number if your not going to take it to that apt. door? and just throw it on the counter in the lobby, and what if your isolating, which i WAS , but you have to walk through the whole building and ride on the elevator twice to get your mail, and HOPE it is there... just saying, PEACE, Happy Holidays
This is an awful place!! The guy in charge was screaming at clerk in front of customers and was making snide remarks about customers while I was standing there to hear!! Both clerks were respectful and helpful...maybe time for the leader to retire or find a new job.
I ordered an expensive item from Amazon. We heard the mail truck drive right past our trailer the day it was claimed to have been delivered. I still dont have my item and the postal manager does not give a shit!
I live at valley hills moble home park..on saturday november 17th 2018..our mail carrier left the whole backside open..someone could go and take all the mail get our personal information..or bank info anything i want to file a complaint about this..if nothing is done about this ..i will keep complaining until i get results..
Horrible service. Have claimed to deliver several packages to a lock box/ front porch over the coarse of two years. First three packages sat on someone else’s porch for two weeks before I got them. Most Recent one was supposedly delivered May 24,2018. Today is June 6, no one seems to know where my package is. Postmaster failed to called back with any information on it. I want package ASAP. It is needed and long over due.
