The supervisor is a disgusting guy. His voice is really annoying. When a customer comes in he was yelling credit or debit cards. He don’t know Poster 7? People r allowed to film in the post office. Supervisor needs to go he needs to be fired.

Talk about going postal! The supervisor is a nut job. Shuts down service and yells to customers about identity theft when there is none. Probably has a lot to hide from reading the comments about service.

The post office should not stop business because a supervisor is irrational in his response to people filming. He's basically yelling fire in a crowded movie theater causing chaos because his feelings hurt

I received a package today, Sunday May 9th. (Mother's Day) It's been raining all day by the way. The driver didn't knock on the door, didn't ring the bell. I knew it was delivered only by hearing the cardboard box hit the ground outside the door. I shook the water off of the box as I brought it in. I received notification today it would be delivered next week. How lazy could this driver be to throw someone's package, wrapped only in cardboard on the ground in the rain. There's no excuse for this mistreatment of my package let alone the lack of respect for me to not even let me know it was there. If I didn't hear is hit the ground, everything in it would have been destroyed by the rain.

Dealing with a missing package, this is the 2nd time - but neither have been the fault of the P.O. so I am speaking to Diane at the Kent location and she is being very helpful. Appreciate that they have gone above and beyond to help.

Most incompetent post office in Ohio. Receive other peoples mail weekly but often have missing mail to my address that shows up 5 to 7 days late. I have received someone else's prescription medications, financial statements and various other mail items on a weekly basis. When I call I am told that a manager will check it out and get back with me--never happens.

Hi I originally had a package saying out for delivery then it said rescheduled for another day and I called the post office and spoke to the manager named Daniel he said there was no building number on the box which I knew was a lie bc I always get this Sephora play box subscription he said he would fix it and it will be out the next day so Saturday still nothing so I called back Monday and spoke to Daniel the manager again and he acted like he didn’t know me and he said it was sent back to the sender at this point I was super pissed this post office is the worsy

Today, I purchased the service of several weeks of premier forwarding mail to my second address. The clerk was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He answered all of my questions about this service. I was extremely pleased with his professional demeanor.

Three times in a row I have visited this post office and sworn I would never go back because of the woman at the counter. I made a complaint today and hope it was taken seriously. The first time she refused to tell me how long it would take my item to ship. She told me the info was on the screen. The screen was blank. When I pointed that out she begrudgingly told me. The second time she was rude to me as well as the person in front of me. The other. Customer and I had a conversation about how unnecessary her rudeness was. Today when I went in I asked for the best en slope to use for a stack of documents. She gave me a half sized envelope that was too small so I asked if there was a larger one. She told me I had passed them on my way in. When I asked her which one would be least expensive to ship she told me she didn’t know and to read the prices. She started helping the next person while my personal documents were still on the counter. When the supervisor came up she started talking down about me and how she tried to help me but it just wasn’t good enough. Very rude ant toxic comments all three times I have been “helped” by her. I don’t typically complain but this woman should not be in a customer facing position and is losing business.

We recently moved to Kent, I have lived here before but never had issues with my mail. Apparently something has changed in the last year and a half. We have had two packages in the last month that were "delivered". One showed up two days after they updated the tracking to say "delivered". The other says it was attempted to be delivered and a slip with detailed instructions was left. No slip anywhere on our property....we looked thoroughly. We went to the post office to check on it. The lady behind the counter was RUDE and had a ton of attitude towards us. We have her the tracking information and were told in a crappy tone "that's not one if out tracking numbers we can't help you"...pause for a couple seconds..."next". HORRIBLE customer service, horrible experiences all around...worst of all is the fact that the second package is our save-the-dates for our wedding....so much for a smooth enjoyable process!! Thanks for nothing post office!!!
