I have had issues with my carrier for a long time. My small dogs are an issue for her and she uses usps guide lines on this as a cover and not deliver my packages. I have tried to work it out with other postmaster to no avail. Now this last postmaster is a real peace of work and the carrier did it again he backed her up on her word alone. I told him that if this would be a company, I would have the ?? fired. When I said that he immediately claimed that was a threat and would not allow her to deliver anymore packages. Later he has also said that I told him that none of his people would be safe at my home and that is a boldface lie. Also I almost forgot. I called consumer affairs and they cover for each other. They say that they will investigate and call me back for my side of the story and when "I" call them back they say that is now fixed and no more problems "case close, good by" It must be nice to have a live time job with no worries of facing the consequences. Also this all happened over a year ago and they still won't deliver packages. Great Mount Gilead Post office. One more thing, those little note that tell you that you have a package at the post office never mentions anything that I just mentioned. The notes always says it was undeliverable due to dogs or long lane.


This is the second time my live plant package has been mishandled by mount gilead usps. It was recieved sep 29th and has been listed as " in transit to destination" for 2 goin on 3 days, I live 15 minutes away. The plants will not survive ...... Again, very disapponted.


A package for me was received at the post office on October 23. When I went to get it on the 26th, they say they cannot find it. I went back on the 1 St and they still can't find it. They checked the tracking number and it says it was delivered. What can I do about this. I hate to pay for something and then never get it Thank you Teresa's givens 740-244-1467


We have had a priority package (from our business account) lost and tracking shows it has been "en route to Sykesville MD" for four days from Hyattsville MD. On Monday I called the postmaster in Mt. Gilead Ohio USPS, gave him the tracking and he said he would find out what happened. I've heard nothing. I've tried to call both Tuesday and Wednesday and the line has been busy ALL DAY LONG. What do I need to do to get this man to find the lost package? Our customer is getting frustrated and so are we. Every attempt to call Hyattsville goes to a fax machine regardless of what number I dial.
