This Is the worst post office I have called litterly from 830 this morning to now 210 non stop not letting up n they don't answer the phone n calling the number 1800 or 1888 whatever in the hell it is they don't help you they say in 2 to 3 businesses days someone will contact you will u take a survey I'm so tired of usps asking about please take a survey n let us kno how were doing well here I'll tell you , you suck at the Middletown location and not one of you deserve to keep your job u can't even answer a phone your all worthless
This is twice this month when there has been no postal delivery on normal delivery days. What gives? We always get some mail, usually quite a bit. This failure to deliver really makes me glad I don't depend on the mail for delivery of my medicines. I'm unimpressed with both the delivery "service" as well as the lack of any explanation from the Middletown post office. Seems a bit of courtesy and transparency would go a long way.
My mail and packages are being delivered to the wrong address even though the label is correct. This has happened multiple times with packages as well as regular mail.
I know they are being delivered to the wrong address because the gentleman who lives there has brought them to me on several occasions and we have had to do the same. Thank God he is an honest person. IT'S NOT OUR PLACE TO DO YOUR JOB. How hard is it to read an address label? And nothing is being done about it.
And when I call post office, can never get an answer.
Somebody needs to do something about Middletown, OH post office. People are fed up and rightfully so. If I kept doing a job wrong, guess what, I wouldn't have a job for long. Why is this type of performance acceptable?
At least 1-2 days a week our mail is not delivered. The notifications are set up so I can see what is delivered, but nothing arrives. Online it states "mail is undeliverable". I am not sure what this means given we get mail the other days. Laziness is not an excuse to drive the little truck up to our mailbox and put our mail in the clearly labeled box.
The back of our neighborhood mailbox was left opened today! This is the second time I've seen this happen. With mail and identity theft prevalent these days this is unacceptable!! I have photos if you'd like to see them.
I sent two phono albums hand delivered to my post man.
I did not ever get a return tracking # for the one that was sent to moviemars on March 17,2021 but I did for o_stephen (16336).
Consequently moviemars never to this posting never received their return album.
Now they have my ~$50 and I have nothing for it as the album is out there floating around somewhere.
The problem is definitely with Middletown USPS as I never got a tracking number from you and the album never got to moviemars.
Jimi Hendrix is not having a great experience as that is the albums name.

I've never in my life have had so much trouble at the MIDDLETOWN post office. No communication. They never call back when they say they will.
The phone rings forever and then it will disconnect. I have no idea where our mail is. We recently moved into a new build, they say our new address is registered and have confirmation that our change of address is active, however, alot of companies don't recognize our address. Can't get my groceries delivered because our address shows invalid. I rely on that!!!
Omfg! I completely agree! They never answer the phone & no matter how long the line is when you're there they only have 1 - 2 people working while others do nothing or dont care.

I have been getting someone else's mail for a few years. I have to write does not live here on the pieces of mail. Sometimes it is taken the next day and sometimes it is not. I bought this house new and the names on the pieces of mail do not and have never lived in my house.
I am asking how I get this mail stopped?
I call and call and no one ever answers the phone at the Middletown post office.
So I have had two separate visits to Middletown post office both are completely different the first one was with a younger lady and she was awesome she looked for my packages and told me that because they are marked with the postal code they came there but she said she would even look out for more since I told her that there were 22 in the order I marked that wrong address , I thanked her and left then the next time I came in lady on the left side was there and she pretty much told me that I was sol on my packages and that they trash em if they are addressed wrong and don’t get picked up within 24 hrs I explained that her co worker was looking out for me and she half ass looked over at the note on the wall and said I don’t believe I saw anything with ur name back there, I left but felt like she put no effort and told me the pitch our mail in the trash if it has any mistake in area code idk what kinda folk get hired at Usps but I don’t enjoy the lazy disrespectful types
I’ve never had as many problems with my mail as I have had since I’ve moved to Middletown. The mail men don’t care about packages. They don’t scan them correctly. They come damaged and the workers at the post office are very unprofessional and rude. I’m just tired of it. It’s every week a different problem with my mail.
I've had 4 packages in a row show as arrived by now later than 2am and say there due to be delivered to me that day but end up being sent to some other distribution center and not show up to my house for three days or more after original delivery date this is getting out of control and sad to say the least they even have said they went from Middletown to Cincinnati then back to Middletown and others have said Middletown to Springfield and back to Middletown one even went as far as Lexington and back to Middletown please fix this issue!
Most of my neighborhood has experienced problems with this post office for years. We have neighborhood reports of no mail for the last 3 days. People are not getting their medications and watching the mail truck drive by boxes with flags up and not delivering anything. When confronting one mail carrier, they said it was not their normal route and really did not care. It is someone different every day driving by only putting some mail in boxes randomly. USPS Informed Delivery will tell you what should be delivered every day.
It’s sad that the mail carrier we have is lazy and sorry. We have had outgoing mail in our box for a week. He will not take it he puts the flag down and throws mail on it and when I try flag him down yesterday to give it to him his rude ass shook his head no and kept going.
I'm searching for my w2s and I used to live up there and now I moved to my new address 2171 oriole pl Columbus Ohio 43219. I don't have access up there to get them I already did a change of address and so I was wondering if y'all can send them to my new address. Thanks
How stupid can your employees be? I reused a priority mail box, clearly leaving previous postage paid and priority status exposed and the package came back postage due. How many times do you expect customers to pay for a box?
I heard a knock on the door and it was our mail carrier.She had noticed that we had arrived home early from our trip and asked if we wanted our mail delivered the next day instead of waiting,she is always so nice. Jim Fritz.
