I went into that office and they were complaining about how hot the salsa at chipotle was. I highly doubt that they took your hot sauce. Speaking of hot sauce, I once got a Moe's bowl that was like 3lbs. It wasn't delivered by the post office though.

I ordered hot sauce for my taco cantina. Hot sauce is my thing. The hot sauce has not arrived yet. When I went into the post office, I saw them eating tacos with hot sauce. Coincidence? I think not.

While attending college at kent state my roommte was Christopher Tanner, whos mother was or still is employeed at the Lakewood post office. I have been the victim of identity theft and was wondering if this may have had anyting to do with such theft. Thank you

I have an order coming from a company. My tracking# 9405536895232349141672. Said it was to be delivered yesterday, didn't arrive, said it was coming today, didn't arrive. Not only that they said they attempted a delivery at 6:50, that was not true. I was on my porch with 3 other people. Also we haven't had mail delivery on Hall Avenue since last Friday. I am getting a neighbor's mail for him( handicapped) and he still and won't get his voting ballot. Why are we not getting daily mail delivery?

Today a package was suppose to be delivered to me but it was left in the vestibule of the wrong building. I live at 14306 Detroit and the package was left at 14300 Detroit. And only because a concerned resident of the wrong building walked to my building and notified me was a loss avoided

Very unhappy right now. Carrier marked that a package was delivered at my mailbox and it wasn't there. There is a note on my mailbox that says if it doesn't fit leave me a slip so I can pick it up... no slip. Now I have to call the manager. I was told that it was not my usual post person. The point is that this mail carrier didn't care, didn't leave the package, or someone took it. I am out of money and package thanks to this carrier. This post office needs to train their carriers to be more responsible. They even leave the mailboxes open. So tomorrow I am calling the supervisor. This is ridiculous.

SERIOUSLY AWFUL SERVICE!!! Not only I had multiple packages delivered to me by kind and helpful people who received my packages instead of me, but packages I sent got returned to me as well, sometimes 2 weeks (!) later, stating that the package is 0.3 oz!!!! over that label I purchased. What kind of HORRIBLE ATTITUDE IS THIS??? WORSE SERVICE IN TOWN! Not to mention their unacceptable behavior, they are often very rude!

I agree with Michael W. The african ameridan lady with the long straight hair always, and I mean always, has something snarky to say. She should not be dealing with the public. And if she should be, we should all be required to take an annual course on the 200 page DMM, the list of guidelines for the USPS, that changes twice a year.

i think some of the staff are really rude and condescending. i use the postage machine if i can, because i do not want to stand in line or deal with the staff. there are a few workers are really rude and disrespectful. i really cringe when i hear them talk to customers. there are some workers who are really nice, but its not worth going in line. I had an issue with the manager who was so rude. it is what it is.

I agree with Mary. Everyone here is nice and speedy. I've been sending documents internationally all year and it's been a giant pain, but everyone has always been very understanding. I have been to several post offices in Cleveland and this one is by far the best. The line does get long, but only if you go during peak hours...still, it doesn't take that long. (unless your behind me of course...confusing everyone with my complex shipments.ha-ha)

Worst post office I have ever been to. The workers have a attitude and they only had one person working on a Saturday. They were rude and disrespectful after I stood in line for an hour to mail a package. I will never go back and it is sad that we get tarred like this when our taxes pay there salary.

Are you commenting on the Lakewood Post office? My experience at this post office has been 99% positive. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are just picking up a package someone will take all the customer slips at once and go back to get the packages so you don't have to stand in line. Surely you are exaggerating about the amount of time standing in line. Besides what moron would stand in line for an hour when there is a UPS store across the street? There are times when they are understaffed but that's a management problem. I have stood in lines that go to the door and have never spent more than 20 minutes in line. What you are taking as a problem with the staff can actually be a problem with the customers who don't have a clue how to send a package. The clerks have more patience than I might have dealing with these people. Passport customers always take longer so don't go during that time. Frankly, I think you are the problem.
