At the blue dropbox outside I had four bills that were stolen in Novemberof 2022. Then one of the checks tried to cash on January 4 of 2023 for $4200. This was a case of the white washing the checks. I have been trying to find somebody to talk about this problem in Beavercreek Ohio. Maybe you should put a camera on your containers. To everyone else do not put your mail in an outside container box. Always take it inside to the overnight dropbox it’s always there,it’s always safe!!

It was in over 30 minute wait to talk to somebody on the 800 number and I got disconnected twice Calling the local number and never did get to talk with someone at either. mail needed to be forwarded. Three weeks and still haven’t seen it. Bills need to be paid. so my review is not as good as I wish it could be. It is unacceptable even with a shortage of staff.

Per Poster 7, members of the public are allowed to record with recording devices on post office property, which is public property, in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings except where prohibited by official signs. This is located near the middle of the page under the 3rd column. There is no such concept about recording on federal property. Because federal property is public property and SCOTUS has specifically mentioned in Katz v. US that people have ZERO expectation to privacy on public property. If you're in management, it should be your duty to learn applicable law! https://about.usps.com/posters/pos7.pdf

I sent an invitation to my niece and had forgotten that there house was being remolded due to a fire. Anyway, who the Hell does your mailman think he is by writing on my returned mail. He wrote WTF. Government employees at their best. Tell them to deliver the mail and mind there own business. Don't ever write on someone else's mail.

The service from this location is BEYOND inexcusable. Mail is constantly late or missing. Now I am missing a package that says was delivered. This problem needs to be fixed NOW.

Pathetic mail service. My mail comes later and later every day,if at all. What seems to be the problem? I have lived here in Beavercreek for 36 years, and this is by far the worst service ever.

We have not received mail since Saturday Feb.13th and today is Feb.19th. Called post office, told trucks still out. Then told street not passable. Which is not true for they have delivered packages down our street on Wednesday and today. Where is our mail. Now they won't even answer their phone. People need drugs and bills.

Well we haven’t received mail in three days all the mail I sent directly out of the post office to go get stamped all the bills were late for the past three months is it just this post office on Dayton Xenia Road in Beavercreek or is it all the post office because they want a raise. I’m at the point I just want to go pick up my own mail where do I do that. you can’t get through on the phone number yes I read your post I know my neighbors in Beavercreek and Riverside are not getting their mail either.

I have lived in Beavercreek for over 40 years and never had a disruption in service. The Beavercreek post office is a joke 😳 I called and was told that their trucks were old and not good enough to deliver the mail.I wonder if they are delivering Amazon packages. In conclusion what happened to neither rain or snow or ice!!! I think they forgot that they work for the taxpayers.

I sent a package to the street address to Beavercreek OH, 45431. It wasn't delivered because of wrong address, despite the address was correct Something wrong with Zip 45431 in your database. System says that such a Zip doesn't exist. Please correct.

I am a business man who visits multiple post offices in Greene county. Over the past ten years I have experienced mail falling out of the boxes even after an hour of the pick up time noted on the mail box. Also on to many occasions my mail has been lost and only when dropping off at the Beavercreek location. I believe the management of this location is incompetent.

I received a package today that the item inside was stolen before it was delivered and now I have to prove it. the mailman and I didn't notice the package corner was torn open. but when I did and pointed it out to him he had me call the Post Office, and then was told the post office has no responsibility once a package is delivered. but once I told the lady the problem again she said she needed to talk to her boss and would call me back. still waiting for that call back.

Hands down worste post office in America. Postmaster will not come out and talk to me. They mark packages as delivered in tracking but not delivered to my house. Happened six times now in two years. USPS.com is equally useless as they just route you back to the Beavercreek postoffice which is the root of all the problems. Great job of taking no responsibility for your terrible service Postmaster of Beavercreek Postoffice.

My mother sent a package from florida to my address. Apparently it arrived either friday or yesterday. I do not know which. The box is soaked because instead of bringing it to the front door it was left out by my garage door in the snow where there is no coverage from the elements. Now I am a stay at home parent so I am home all day. There was no knock or anything on my door. There were electronics and a book in the package. The electronics are wet but still work. I am extremely mad that everything in this package could have been ruined, because of one persons lack of thought. This is not the first time packages have been left in weird places. One time they left a package behind my van! If I had not seen them leave it it would have been ran over that day. But this is unacceptable, if we had not opened the door by chance this afternoon the package would have never been found. And it would have been buried in the snow.

My wife and I picked up passport forms 2 years ago at the Beavercreek P.O. but did not complete the forms. Last week I went back to inquire if the forms we had were still valid or had been revised. The clerk rudely stated "we don't do passports". Again, I just wanted to know if the forms were the same. He kept repeating loudly "we don't do passports". I then went to the Alpha P.O. and they gave me newer forms and told me the Beavercreek P.O. or any post office could have at least given me the forms. I waited in line 10 minutes only to walk away insulted. Please stay away from the rudeness as the Beavercreek Post Office.

They rarely, if ever, answer the phone. Phone constantly rings "busy" almost as if they have taken the phone off the hook to avoid phone calls. Packages have been badly damaged upon delivery. I even watched as one of the postal workers threw one of my packages onto my front porch and walked away. Packages aren't delivered on time. Tracking info will display that it has arrived at local post office awaiting delivery and they will claim not to have the package at all, despite somone scanning it into that location. All a bunch of liars and lazy non workers. This post office needs a serious overhaul of employees. Get people in there who actually understand customer service and can do the work.

Well I guess no one reads these reviews. Still not answering their phone, just a busy signal. Really, why ask for our comments if you are not going to act on them?

Terrible! The mail on my street is getting delivered to the wrong address. I've had mail delivered for my neighbors several times in the past three days. Mailperson over stuffs my box to the point of bending/breaking package contents. Attempts to contact the Beavercreek Post Office we met with no one answering the phone after attempting for an hour to make contact. What is going on there?
