The big and tall African American man. I came in today 10/3/23. I rang the bell twice he appeared from the back clearly irritated that a customer was there. I asked him for help returning something from Temu. Very rudely replied "No", all of his replies were one word and rude. No customer service compassion or effort to try to help me. While I was still at the counter another customer came in, he then turned his attention to the incoming customer ignoring that I was still there. This kind of treatment has been going on for quite some time. There are several reviews on Yelp about him and telling people not to go to that location because of his rudeness.
