A package from NJ was sent to 2960 Nuway Rd 43207-3224 and delivered to the Columbus post office Apr 29 estimated delivery was May 1 by email notice. no delivery. May2 tracking says out for delivery.. waiting for delivery scan. No delivery on May2. I called US post office got case # 38355693 started. phone number for all Columbus post offices is same 614-444-0217. Nobody answers??? How can anyone contact a Columbus post office to check on a non delivered package if a "dud" phone number is listed SYSTEM BROKEN.

My dad is 90 years old and he has not received his bank statement this month. Told the bank and they said they mailed them out and to go to the Post Office, which he did. The young black girl told him to come back at 3:00pm to talk to the manager, when he went back at 3, they would not answer the window. I see in the statement below, someone else is having problems getting their bank statement from that post office. I will contact Congressman Joyce Beatty’s office in the morning for my dad. The guy that delivers my mail, gives me everyone’s think he mail be part of the problem, he comes when he wants to.

I need an investigator to help me. My address is 843 Allison Dr Columbus, Ohio 43207 Phone 614-497-2167 I need my bank statements to reach my mailbox. I think someone has changed my address to theirs or something. I don't get any first class mail Help me please. Joyce Robinson

We get our mail when they feel like delivering it. This is a business and sometimes they deliver the mail after hours, if we even get it at all. It continuously gets delivered to the wrong address. I've talked with the postal service about these issues and I always get an excuse that we are on a training route. I understand that your people must train but shouldn't you start with the residential district for training? The business areas should receive a dedicated postal worker. Common Sense? When you call to complain, nothing gets done. Everytime I call the post office the manager is on vacation, then some random person who answers the phone says they are in charge. It seems like there is no hope in getting postal issues resolved when they happen. Not just with this post office but all post offices!
