They won't deliver a package that is oversize but it can fit in the trunk of a car " they said". It was a little bit too much work for the driver so we need to go to their location a get it. Also the guy on the phone said: " and that's the way it is, ok? "

Do NOT mail gift cards from this post office. They will not reach their destination. (Or buy the insurance.) Over $150 in gift cards lost last year. If it was one, I might think it was an accident. But it was four cards to four separate locations. We didn't find out until a family member wondered why we "skipped" gifts that year. When we checked with the three other intended recipients, we found out the truth.

So, on Friday a medicine (an antibiotic) is sent to me from Hudson (a nearby community) for my cat which could have possibly arrived Saturday, but when it didn't I knew it would arrive on Monday from previous experiences. NOPE, no arrival because again I received NO MAIL. Not even JUNK MAIL and ELECTION MAIL which I normally get several pieces a day. Including in this election year when I must receive at least two or three junk pieces a day. Yes, even in South Russell we have the Chagrin Post Office to thank. It has happened in past (once on a Thursday NO MAIL,not even junk mail or CVT, but got everything on Friday). Now my cat is another day without antibiotics. Thank you Chagrin Post Office, my cat has another day without her meds. Because even on a beautiful day you can not deliver mail.

Seems our mail delivery gets later every day. Today, it came at 4:30. Now, the issue here is that the carrier is leaving package in front of garages. We live in a condo and our neighbors, along with us are getting pretty tired of finding packages left in front of our garage doors. Another 10 steps and packages could be placed at the front doors. This invites theft and today I had pills delivered. What if they were stolen? Further, where we get our mail, there is a large box for packages. All he has to do is put the package in the large box and then remove that key and put it in the mailbox of the customer. Plus, we all get mail that isn't addressed to us. I don't know who delivers our mail, but this has to stop. Today, even though I received an email of mail that was going to be delivered, nothing came. Two of my neighbors had the same thing. I refuse to believe that we got nothing at all. This is just crap and I am sick of it. I live on eastbrook trail and you can contact me for more detailed information. Please fix this.

You have one job. Read the address and put it into the box with the matching number! Yet again, for the hundreth time this summer I open my mailbox to find the Bank Statements and Mortgage Statements for someone who lives at an address that is very different from mine. I have complained online and in person to the manager and his response is "Really, I've never heard that incorrect deliveries are being made by this carrier". I guess he can't be bothered to do his job either!

I can only pick up mail late at night work 70hrs a week raising two kids alone and try to pick up mail once a month at least as time permits last night I had notice in box " to much mail to fit in box" common sense would state that you leave some of the mail in box with a notice other then put it all on the back shelf or put the mail in a cardboard box and leave it in one of the bigger lock boxes that are for packages only and leave key in my po box this is 25 minutes round trip on school night don't have time for this. post wonders why people dropping po boxes

I did not receive two bills last month, and now have incurred late fees. I get other people's mail in my box, and vice-versa on our street. Can anyone help?

A package from UPSMI has been lost. I was in the post office yesterday and no one could locate. I was told supervisor would meet me, I waited over 10 minutes then left for a meeting. Delivery confirmation # 92748926997026543476244551 Sequence # 051700606172599039 tracking from UPS shows delivered to Chagrin Falls, OH post office on June 7, 2017 at 12:50 pm.

Horrible reliability issues. My retirement statement never arrived, not the first time we have been missing important pieces of mail. Packages we expected were misplaced at the post office, mail delivered to wrong addresses. Chagrin Post Office needs to be taken behind the wood shed

The Chagrin Falls Postal Service SUCKS. I have called two days in a row to see why a package marked out for delivery has not been received. They have on both occasions listed a comment on the tracking page that a notice was left. I have not received a notice. I was told by the supervisor that he would ensure that I received it today. No package just another comment lying about leaving a notice. What infuriates me the most is that I offered to pick it up at their location.
