We receive USPSInformeddelivery by email every morning. For those unfamiliar with this, you get the list of all mail you will receive that particular day, letters, packages...with pictures showing them. Unfortunately today my physical mail was short since I did not received all the items addressed to me as per USPS email. I will monitor delivery in the future and if this will repeat, especially now with the elections approaching, I will have to file a complain.

I wonder if the US Postal service knows that the driver of truck #3307131 sits in our parking lot for 10-12 minutes and scrolls through his phone! Then once he does decide to come in (to electronically scan something that lets the post office know he's been here), if he doesn't have any mail for us, he turns around and walks back out the door without even checking for outgoing mail. Sometimes we don't see him for days and days.

I had my mail forwarded on 12/27 and the postal service is still delivering to my Solon address. I have the confirmation # i called to try to resolve but Solon must have their phone off the hook. It has been busy all day. I call the USPS phone # and they said there was a 60 minute hold! Government workers are the worst!

Lived in Solon for many years and rarely used that P.O. Used Beachwood P.O. in Landerbrook. Rudest employees on earth in Solon, including retired supervisors. I wonder what has happened to my mail since I've moved since I did not receive any Christmas mail that should have been forwarded. No one will read this or care anyway.

On Monday postal clerk Diane was very helpful. She understood a mailing problem that I caused but she rectified. I appreciate her attention to detail and her help. She went well beyond her job duties.

The clerk was super rude!!! I went to post office to get some priority flat rate envelope , but not sure if any larger size available . I waited in line first and asked question until I was summoned to the desk. This African American lady did suprised me . I showed her an envelope and asked if any flat rate evelope available in larger size. She told me there is a bigger one . I said I didn't see it. " if you don't look , you don't see". This is exactly what she told me . I want her shoe me the larger one , and turned out I did get the largest envelope already . She has worked there for a long time but knows nothing about the envelope . I am so disappointed . I heared so many complaints from my friend locally and online , but nothing has changed . She is still working there with this attitude . Why ? Because there is no consequence for her . Actually I have no intention to mail anything from their desk . I use online stamp instead . Because they are so so slow . Imagine Flash from DMV . I don't order my mailing evelope and box from their website only for one reason , I am not sure how many I will use in the future . Of course I don't want to waste any box . Next time , may I should let box delivered to my door.

My previous postal carrier retired on 12/21/16. I am disable and qualify for "to door" service. Since 12/21/16 I have not received "to door" service despite numerous phone calls and numerous promises. Today I have tried to call the post office numerous times and each time the rings are canceled by what sounds like a hang up.

Every time I go here the staff is so rude. They seem to be perpetually waking up on the wrong side of the bed. I walked in and had a woman close a barricade on me... it was so awkward, so I asked if they were closed and she rudely responded "what do you need". I just had a package that took a short two minutes of her time to mail. Then an elderly man walked in and she lets out an exasperated and annoyed groan. He asks, "do you mind if I get some stamps?" And she says to him that she's closed. The staff here needs an attitude check and they need to respect elderly people. So disappointed every time I come here.

The woman at the front desk talked down to an elderly customer who was trying to receive a new PO Box (because their current one was too high for them to reach). She tried really hard to confuse him so she could act like she was right and didn't have to do anything for him. Then when I step up, she immediately shoots down my request to receive my package even though it is due to ship to my house tomorrow. This is the first time I have run into this issue, and the first time that I have been treated with such disrespect. She should be removed from any position involving non-employees IMMEDIATELY! I will also phone in and try to speak to a manager because I do not appear to be the only unhappy customer. Besides her, I have nothing but praise for this office and my carrier. I firmly believe that the only reason she still works there is because they are afraid of what happens if they fire her.

The woman customer service employee was an obvious racist and just rude overall. I watched this bitter postal employee treat four customers like trash, and then it was my turn. I commented that she was being rude and she started screaming at me in front of the other eight customers and their small children. Like the other customers before me I had a few questions about the postal process for my specific needs. Like the other customers this postal employee was condescending and obnoxious instead of being courteous and helpful. I am shocked that this woman is the best that the Solon, Oh post office has to offer. I will continue to go there so I can report on how this woman is treating customers. If anyone is a victim of her racism please post your story.

put mail on hold for a week to have it delivered on saturday. Mail was not delivered on saturday, we called, they said a substitute carrier was delivering and made a mistake (not the first time I've heard this excuse). it was after customer service hours and we could not pick up our mail and we were assured that it would be delivered on Monday. No hold mail delivered on Monday. Called the supervisor, he said he would personally deliver it immediately. no mail yet. this happens ALMOST EVERY time we travel and hold mail.
Another issue is packages don't get delivered when they say they should be delivered. Post office marks them as delivered if you go online and track your packages, but they don't really get delivered to your home for another day or two or three.
Something is terribly mismanaged at this location

We did not receive personal or business mail for over a week. A person at the Solon Post office said she would check. Nothing happened for a few days. My husband went down and came home carrying a US Post office basket with all our mail in it. At least someone actually knew where to check. Someone put a hold on their mail that had the same house numbers as we have but they have a different last name and different name of street for their address. So, all our mail was put into their "hold" mail. I still have missing mail, so I guess I or my husband will have to go back to Solon PO. I tried calling Solon Post Office. The phone rang 16 times. I called later and let it wring 10 times. No one answered either time. I have been waiting for a book that was mailed to me first class two weeks ago. It is probably in the other person "stop-mail basket". Time to go back and have them clear up more mistakes they have made.

Accidentally Called this post office and the reason I say accidentally was not because I did not have business but instead because I got to hear the most rude person I have ever spoken with in my life. We need to privatize the postal service and get rid of the long term personnel who have forgotten that they are there to help customers. Sorry I will have to call them back tomorrow.

Sent package priority mail April 7th to Texas. It should have arrived by Wednesday the 9th. Today is the 15th, still hasn't arrived.Went back to Post Office on the 12th, the clerk who took my package told me I must have put the wrong zip code on it, because she doesn't make mistakes! Really?! Spoke to a Supervisor on the 14th, she said they would get it today. No they did not! It tour Pa. And is now touring Texas. You don't even get a refund on the mailing or your packaged delivered or returned to you! Someone please privatize our mail!
