Why does the time that an item is held in the post office is not the same the tracker site. This is very frustrating. I looked up the item and it said item will be held upto a certain date but when I went to the post office to pick it up, they said they held it for only 14 days. Can post office policy march up With the site dates consistently?????

Thankfully my neighbor was honest and brought me my Target order that was put in her mailbox and not mine! It clearly had my address in the package!

My mail is always so late, at times my mailman puts my mail in the wrong mailbox, on several occasions. This is very frustrating, there are even times I don't get what was sent to me! My mother lives in Blacklick and sent me a birthday card on 5/7, and I didn't receive it until 5/19! This makes no sense! I lived in Columbus for 12 years, I got my mail within two days in the same city. I am frustrated, I am not getting my mail, missing bank cards, and I am not getting mail in a timely fashion if I do. Sometimes it is put in my neighbors mailbox and when they feel like it they give it to me.

I called this Blacklick post office yesterday because most invariably, (and as recently as two days ago on Monday when it rained heavily) when it rains or snows, our carrier leaves our mailbox lid down so that our mail can get wet. I spoke with the branch manager, Lynn, and she said she would speak with the carrier. She called me back this morning and said the carrier (Margaret) was not on duty but the sub Peggy was on duty Monday when our mail got wet. Lynn, the manager, said Margaret and Peggy both said my mailbox lid was bent and that's why they leave the lid open. I told Lynn the lid IS NOT BENT!!!! I told her how is it that they close the lid on sunny days (if it's bent) but can't close it on days when there's inclement weather? That doesn't make an ounce bit of sense! Lynn said, "well if they say it's bent, it's bent." I told her that was a lie, IT IS NOT BENT!!! I said, "So you're just going to support whatever they say even if it doesn't make sense?" and she said, "Yes, they're my carriers and I believe them." WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!

I want to know if I can file a complaint with the Post Office. I am missing a package. they said they do not have it but it was tracked there and signed off as delivered. I do not have the package and am charged for it. I have contacted the company I ordered it from and they gave me a fedx tracking number but I don't have the post office tracking number. I don't have the tracking number anymore because on the web site it says I do not have anything to track. I have a #107-9508849-6862 and Shipping information that it was shipped on the 28th of January and at Blacklick post office on February 5th or 6th 2014. That is the last I heard of it. I have ordered other things by mail since and received them all except my dress!!!! what do I do now??
