Please if you hate your job as bad as the staff here, just quit. There’s absolutely no reason to yell and be rude to every single person that walks through the door simply just because you’re miserable. I’m sorry you have to scan some packages and take passport photos.

My mail carrier usually delivers but not this time. I have been waiting for letters that were supposed to be delivered Friday. It is now Tuesday and no hint of a carrier in the neighborhood. Rocky Fork Dr S

It's absolutely terrible that getting in touch with a person to ask even the simplest of questions is which can't be answered via an automated response is impossible. Local post office phone just rings until disconnected and if you call the 1-800 number you have to go through 3 automated menus without any of them indicating you can speak with an agent only to find out it's a 35 minute wait to actually speak with someone. What a joke! If every business was run this inefficiently there would be no one with a job. I hope in the near future there is no need for USPS.

Mail delivery is ridiculous I have ordered 3 items from various individuals and my tracking number always says they were all delivered what a joke I have not received any of my items and they are things that are one of a kind and their response is always oh sorry about that Train your employees to deliver the mail properly and quit listening to their music on their ear buds. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR JOB

I've had the same PO Box address for over 30 years here in Gahanna and have never missed a payment. I never received this year's bill in my box as is supposed to happen and when I went to try to get into it today it was locked. They charged me a $23 late fee to renew the box. I was told I could dispute it so I called the main number customer support. The representative I spoke with was insistent and somewhat rude refusing to even consider a reversal of the charges. I wonder how many others are experiencing these same issues. If their system is failing I now understand why.

I expected a package from Amazon. It wasn't with my other mail so I checked with Amazon. They said the reason given why my package wasn't delivered says the front door/driveway was not accessible. That is wrong. My driveway was clear and, besides that, the mail carrier delivered on foot. He delivered other mail to my mailbox, which is next to my door. Plus I was sitting in my living room a few feet from the door. He obviously was late and didn't want to have to carry a package. Not good service. Then he drove the USPS truck much too fast on my street. I am at 453 Amesbury Drive, in Gahanna. It was not my regular carrier. It's bad enough to get bad service, but we have small kids on this street and speeding is dangerous.

I live at 5113 Rosebud Ct, Gahanna 43230. We have neighbors who park in front of our house and the mail delivery people can not get to the mail box. I just want you to know that the vehicles in front of the house are not ours. Thank you
